About Flo to Grow
As a fellow parent and doula, I understand the complex journey of parenthood. It’s a time of immense growth and adaptation, where having evidence-based knowledge and a supportive community can make a huge difference.
My passion is in providing continuity of care outside of the hospital setting. Flo to Grow, and now GROW, is committed to educating others and promoting authentic parenthood experiences. Together, we cultivate an inclusive space where people can access the support, evidence-based education and resources needed to thrive during this significant life season.

MothersClub – An inclusive space to support you on your journey into motherhood.
Hi, I’m Meghan. Mama, Pre & Postnatal Yoga Teacher, Postpartum Doula and Founder of MothersClub.
My intention for MothersClub is to create a space where mothers at all stages – conception, pregnancy, and postpartum can come together to share stories, mindfully move their bodies, and feel nourished by one another. Because when women gather magic and healing can happen.
We live in a world where we have lost the ancient art of village building, especially in the season of motherhood. We were never meant to do this alone, MothersClub is here to change that!
Our offerings include – Prenatal Yoga, Mums & Bubs classes, Birth Education, In-home Postpartum Care, Workshops and Events.
Learn about the support you didn't know you needed.
We have cherry picked the most useful resources for your fourth trimester so that you don't have to waste precious hours searching.

What is a Doula?
Today, a doula is typically someone who acts as a hub of support, referrals and resources for a person during a major life transition, usually related to birth. Doulas have a holistic approach that considers both mental and physical well-being. Services vary significantly but can include emotional reassurance, information based on scientific evidence, and comfort techniques like massage and nourishing food. The role is not medical, and doulas cannot treat, diagnose or cure any disease.
