How do I find the services that best suit me?
If you have a specific requirement, you can visit our website and browse the various service providers listed under that category. You can also use the search bar to find service providers available in your local area.
To find the best fit for your needs, we recommend that you read about the services offered by each provider and click on the contact button to get more information. This will help you make an informed decision.
How do I contact the service I'm interested in?
We’ve made it nice and easy. Just click on the ‘contact’ button and send your inquiry straight through.
How do I save my favourite services for later?
To bookmark a profile, simply click on the heart icon located on the profile or the ‘add to favourites’ button which can be found on the olive bar in each profile.
To view your list of favourites, click on the ‘View my favourites’ button, which can also be found on the olive bar.
Please note, your bookmarks will only be saved on the device you are currently using.
Can I share my favourite services with friends and family?
We highly recommend you do, as they make the best baby shower or birth gifts.
To do so, simply go to ‘view favourites’ button and click on the big yellow button that says ‘send to a friend’. From there, you can add a personal message of your choice. This is a great way to ensure that you don’t end up with a ton of onesies.
What if I don't know what I need yet?
We understand that seeking support can be daunting.
To make it easier, we have provided a library of ebooks, resources, and information covering various types of support. This way, you can feel more confident in seeking the help you need when you need it.
How can I be sure the support service provider is the right fit for me?
It is crucial to find the right support that caters to your unique situation. While we have meticulously picked service providers who align with our values and offer quality service, it’s essential that you look for services that suit your individual circumstances. Our role is to bring these services together in a convenient location for you to find easily. Once you’ve selected a service, it’s advisable to conduct further research to ensure it’s the right fit for you.
What is involved in a consultation with NAO?
When you book a consultation with Not Another Onesie, you can choose between the planning session or the village building session, depending on which stage you’re at.
Both sessions will start with a questionnaire and will be tailored specifically to meet your individual needs. They’ll be conducted over Zoom and from the comfort of your own living room (you can even wear your PJs!). Elisha, our co-founder, who has a background in Postpartum Care, Holistic Health Coaching, and multiple healing modalities, will be your guide through these.
Can I access your services if I'm not based in Sydney?
Yes, most of our service providers are located in Greater Sydney. However, we also have many who offer online support, so they can assist you no matter where you are located.
If you need in-person support outside of our current coverage area, please don’t hesitate to contact us, and we will explore how we can best assist you. We are also planning to expand our services to other states and cities soon, so please feel free to reach out to us.
What if I want to gift these services to a loved family, friend, or colleague?
That’s a brilliant idea! Offering supportive services as ‘baby shower’ and ‘birth’ gifts is an excellent way to support a family’s well-being.
In this article, we provide many tips and ideas to help you choose the best gifts. If you’re unsure about what they need, you could direct them to our website, where they can create a wishlist of their favorite items and email it to you.
How do you decide who will be featured on NAO?
We handpick our list of service providers based on quality and shared values. It’s important for you to find services that work best for you. We’ve made it easy by bringing them all together in one place for you to access.
Do you guarantee the quality of the service provider?
Although we have carefully selected service providers who share our values and provide high-quality service, it is important that you seek out services that are suitable for your particular circumstances. Ultimately we have made it easy to find these services but it is your responsibility to ensure that they are the right fit for your unique needs.

How do I sign up?
If you’re a service provider who cares for mothers during pregnancy, birth, or postpartum, we would love to hear from you. Please fill out our contact form, and we will be in touch to chat further.
How does it work?
After our initial conversation to make sure we’re aligned in our mission and values, we’ll send you the necessary paperwork to start the setup process. We’ll create the business profile on your behalf and send it to you for your approval. Once you’ve given us the green light, the profile will go live on our website for all the new mothers to see!
Do you take a cut of my fees?
No. We have a listing fee, which is paid upfront then we simply send the mamas and families your way to do what you do best.
Do you offer any other ways to work together?
There will be multiple opportunities for you to collaborate with us and other specialists in the postpartum field. We are very excited about this aspect of our work and are always open to conversations about any new ideas.
