Not Another Onesie Pty Ltd (ACN 670 528 033)(‘Not Another Onesie’) is an online platform that (a) acts as a lead-generating digital marketplace, connecting certain postpartum service suppliers (‘Selected Practitioners’) with prospective customers and individuals seeking services and assistance and (b) facilitate an online appointment booking mechanism for persons with those Selected Practitioners(‘Booking’)

Not Another Onesie collects personal information from individuals  (‘you’  ‘your’);

• to allow persons you to use its Website,
• to allow you to subscribe to Not Another Onesie’s newsletter,
• To allow us to provide information to you,
• for the provision of your information to Selected Practitioners and any appointment booking facilitator if you make a Booking,
• if you are a Selected Practitioner on our service for the inclusion of information about you and your services on the Website, or
• for purposes of other communications between you and Not Another Onesie.

Your privacy is very important to us. This Privacy Policy is to inform you how Not Another Onesie (‘we’ ‘us’ and/or ‘our’) collects, holds, use, stores and discloses personal information in connection with our day to day Business Operation in accordance with our obligations under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (the “Privacy Act’), and the Australian Privacy Principles (the ‘APPs’).

Not Another Onesie’s primary website is at https://www.nothanotheronesie.com.au, but also includes any of our other websites and related social media profiles or accounts (“collectively referred to as the ‘Website’).

Not Another Onesie’s business operations include (a) the provisions of information and directory services of selected postpartum service providers and (b) the facilitation of an online booking mechanism for those selected providers (collectively the “Business Operations’).

As part of Not Another Onesie’s Business Operations, we will also carry out the promotion  marketing, and provision of information about our services.

This Privacy Policy, may be updated or amended from time to time and any changes or amendments will be updated and posted on this website.

By using the Website, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

1.1      Directly from you, Not Another Onesie collects personal information from you, when you use the Website generally (‘Website General User’) to,

• • Search or view content on the Website;
  • Register or agree to receive Not Another Onesie’s newsletter and/or subscribe to any other of or services or offerings available on the Website;
  • Make a Booking; or
  • make an enquiry about the Website or our Business Operations or otherwise communicate with us for any other reason.

1.2      We will also collect information from you, if you separately engage with us and/or provide your information as a service provider practitioner for inclusion on the Website (as a ‘Selected Practitioner’).

1.3      Information may be collected by various means and formats and for use by us whether or not those materials are also subject to protection under copyright  or trademark law.

1.4      If you correspond or communicate with Not Another Onesie, for example via telephone, email, and written and in-person inquiries directed to Not Another Onesie.

1.5      Not Another Onesie may collect your personal information from,

(a) persons who provided Not Another Onesie with your personal information, where we did not ask for that personal information and it is not unreasonable that we  could have collected it from you or where practically we could have otherwise collected that information under the APP’s; or

(b) from our business partners, and contractors, for example other businesses with which Not Another Onesie engages to provide services or information  and  for production and  promotional activities for Not Another Onesie’s Business Operations. These partners may share information, including your personal information with Not Another Onesie for marketing and promotional purposes of Not Another Onesie’s Business Operations. If we receive your personal information from other , we will take reasonable steps to notify you or make you aware that we have collected personal information about you, from whom it was collected, why we have collected it and the application of and provisions of this Privacy Policy .

2.1 Personal information

Personal information, for the purposes of the Privacy Act  is information about an identified individual or an individual who is reasonably identifiable.

The personal information that Not Another Onesie collect will vary depending on the purpose for which it is collected. We only collect or ask for personal information that we require for any of  our Business Operations and for the administration of our business.

If you are a General User of the Website, the personal information that we may collect includes, information such as your email address, your IP Address, Analytics and Cookies (as explained below) and if submitted by you your first and last name, contact information and, telephone number and postal address, (“General Information”)

If you make a booking the personal information that may collect from you includes the General Information, and in addition, if you provide it to us;

• your, age, date of birth, gender, ethnic background or nationality, place of residence and information about your medical care arrangements, and any information or opinion about you from about which you are reasonably identifiable. This can include medical  information about you, and may include Sensitive Personal Information

2.2  Sensitive Personal Information.

Sensitive Personal Information is a type of person information as referred to in the Privacy Act. It includes, amongst other things information or opinion about your racial or ethnic origin, political opinion, religious or philosophical beliefs, sexual orientation or practices, health or genetic information and, some aspect of biometric information.

2.3 If you make a Booking on the Website, Not Another Onesie and other parties may collect sensitive personal information. We will only do so;

(a)  if it is reasonably necessary for our Business Operations and for the administration of our business, and

(b) With your consent at the time it is collected, to the collection, use, storage and disclosure of your sensitive personal information in connection with our business Operations

2.4 Analytics information

When you use your device to visit Not Another Onesie’s Website, We may collect information about your device. For example, we may use web analytics tools (such as Google Analytics or remarketing) to record how you access and use our Website with your device by collecting information about the advertising ID or Internet Protocol (“IP”) Address of your device, the date and time of that your device accessed the Website, the pages that your device accessed, if your device accessed our Website from a link on another webpage, details of that referring web page, and “cookies” (as explained below). Not Another Onesie collect and analyse this information so that we can tailor advertising to users that is relevant to their interests, understand how users interact with our website and so that we can improve users’ experience of our Onesie’s Website and the functionality of our Website.

3.1     Not Another Onesie or sometimes people or organisations we work with collect, use, hold and disclose personal information for a number of reasons in connection with our Business Operations. This will vary and depending on  why the part or extent of our Business Operations being carried out, requires that information but includes the following;

• For us be able to inform you about our services and our Business Operations, including promotions and competitions;
• In order for us to manage your subscription to our mailing lists or any other service we provide;
• In order that we may allow you to use the Website
• To conduct or carry out our Business Operations;
• for security purposes, to answer enquires or to investigate complaints;
• to communicate with you and with the relevant authorities in the event that your personal information has been subject to a data breach; and

3.2       The personal information that we Onesie collect from you will only be used to the extent it is necessary for the completion of, or for required ongoing use of our Business Operations.

3.3       If you do not provide us Not Another with your personal information then, we  may  not be able to interact or communicate you for any, or some of the of the purposes listed part 3.1 above and for our Business Operations generally.

4.1      Not Another Onesie use your personal information for the purpose for which it was collected or for a purpose that is reasonably  connected to that purpose , for example.

• to enable us to carry out of our Business Operations including if you are a Website General User; or
• so that you can search or view our material and information on the Website, or
• so that you may participate in activities on the Website or related to any competitions and promotions;
• So that Not Another Onesie may communicate with you.

4.2     Not Another Onesie will only disclose you personal information so that we can fulfill our Business Operations

4.3     Not Another Onesie may provide your personal information to limited third party service providers so that they can provide their services to us, for example, information technology (IT) service providers (such as data storage providers), and archival services. Generally, the work of these third- party service providers is connected to our Business Operations.

4.5     If Not Another Onesie is legally permitted or required to, we may also disclose your personal information in order to comply with our legal obligations or to protect or enforce rights.

4.5     Not Another Onesie do not control and are not responsible for any other websites or services, including the information or content contained within them, that are accessible via hyperlinks from our Website. Our Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party websites or services and your use of any third-party website or service is governed by the privacy policy and terms of use for that website or service.

Not Another Onesie will hold copies of your personal information, only for as long as we need your personal information in order to fulfil our Business Operations, and in order to fulfil our legal obligations.

If we determine that Not Another Onesie no longer require your personal information, it will be securely destroyed.

Not Another Onesie may disclose your personal information to entities outside of Australia in the course of Not Another Onesie’s Business Operations, including to IT service providers and data storage providers. From time to time, Not Another Onesie may contact you by email or other means (“marketing communications”) with information and news about our Business Operations that we believe may be of interest to you. If you do not wish to receive these marketing communications, you can follow the instructions in these marketing communications to opt out of receiving these marketing communications from us. You can also contact use Not Another Onesie using the details in section 10  below to let us know that you wish to opt out of these marketing communications.

Not Another Onesie take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from loss, unauthorised access, unauthorised disclosure and misuse including by implementing appropriate and up-to-date security measures, resources, policies, practices and procedures.

You can contact Not Another Onesie using the details in section  10 to request:

• access to the personal information that we hold about you; and
• if the personal information that we hold about you is incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate, that we update the personal information that we hold about you.

You must provide us sufficient information to identify you concerning any request. We will endeavour to respond to your request as soon as possible and within 30 days. Due to the fact that we may hold multiple copies of your personal information in our systems, there may be some delay for your requests to be reflected. In some circumstances we may charge fees for the costs of complying with your request to access your personal information. For example, access to your personal information which is very old. Not Another Onesie may also charge fees and for postal, courier or packaging charges to send information or material to you.
