About Elise Clement Psychotherapy & Coaching
I combine holistic psychotherapy and coaching to support women’s mental and emotional wellbeing as they navigate their motherhood journey. I specialise in matrescence and perinatal support, including all aspects of the transition to motherhood and nurturing emotional resilience during the mothering years.
My own experience as a mother informs my practice. This phase of my life has not only taught me how to nurture my relationship with my daughter, but also how to nurture my relationship with myself. Along the way, I realised how much conditioning I had internalised and how this was affecting my ability to connect with my instincts and personal power.
I now combine my lived experience together with my skills as a psychotherapist, coach and facilitator to support mothers in:
- navigating the challenges, discomfort and doubts that accompany times of change.
- connecting to the new needs, values, desires and strengths that emerge so they can feel empowered in their different roles (as women, partners, daughters, mothers)
