As a nutrition consultant trained at Oh Baby School of Holistic Nutrition, she specializes in supporting mothers during pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. Passionate about the healing power of food, Stephanie believes in food as medicine and is committed to helping families thrive. Her own pregnancy and birth journey further fuels her drive to nurture and support mothers both physically and nutritionally.
