Each Telebaby consultation includes:
- A 45-minute video consultation where Dr Sam takes the time to deeply understand your concerns, whether it’s feeding questions, reflux, settling support, rashes and skin issues, weight gain queries, cold/flu symptoms, or general newborn health.
- One week of email support, giving you ongoing access to Dr Sam for follow-up questions, updates, and reassurance as things evolve.
- A follow-up phone call after one week to check in, review progress, and make sure you feel confident moving forward.
Available 7 days a week and Australia-wide, Telebaby brings high-quality infant health support to parents no matter where they live—including rural and regional areas with limited access to care.
