respite from the relentless work of parenting a newborn.

Description
Your package will include:
1. 60min GP Consultation: Your GP will perform a thorough maternal physical and mental wellbeing assessment, breastfeeding or bottle-feeding
assessment and provide sleep and settling support. Your baby will be assessed, and a referral will be made to our Neonatal Paediatrician.
2. 60min Paediatrician Consultation: Your Paediatrician will undertake a thorough history and assessment of your little one, order or perform
investigations if needed and provide you with a comprehensive plan to manage the unsettled behaviour.
3. 60min Paediatric Dietitian Consultation: Your dietitian will provide guidance around nutrition for breastfeeding mother, formula advice if needed
and guidance around food intolerances where appropriate.
4. 45 Minute Mental Wellbeing Session: Your Perinatal Mental Health Nurse Practitioner will support you through the transition to parenthood, provide birth
and breastfeeding debriefing and arm you with the mental health tools to help you thrive in the postpartum period.
5. 60min Massage: Your Massage therapist will support you to find a moment of calm and relaxation and help to relieve the muscle tension that is so
common in the postpartum period. *You can upgrade this package to include an infant massage session to help
dial your little one down and fill their sensory cup.
6. 45 Minute Sleep & Settling Consultation: Your appointment with Andrea Hunt will help you read and respond to your infant’s cues, build confidence
with feeding and settling, and develop realistic expectations around normal infant and child sleep and development.
7. Complimentary Sensory Play Class: Andrea then invites you to build your village and learn invaluable sensory and play skills in a beautiful, engaging and nourishing class. This class will have both of your sensory cups overflowing!
