This package continues the baseline Pregnancy Wellbeing Package into the post-natal period.
It will include:
- 24 weeks: Women’s Health Osteopathy Consultation- optimising physical wellbeing during pregnancy
- 26-28 weeks: GTT Experience
- 30 weeks: Optimising Mental Wellbeing in pregnancy and beyond (optional RSV vaccination)
- 34 weeks: Preparing for parenting – understanding infant sleep and settling, parental selfcare, building your “village” for postpartum support.
- 36 weeks: Antenatal Breastfeeding Consultation
- *Optional upgrade: Add on the MIWM Birth Preparation Class between 28-36
