Circle of Security Parenting (full program, in person!)
Are you a parent of a child aged 3-5? From April 28, we will be running an 8-week parenting program called Circle of Security Parenting (CoSP) focused on giving parents the skills and resources to understand and regulate their child's big emotions, learn how to identify what their child needs, and build a path towards secure attachment. Based on decades of research, CoSP is the path to "good enough" parenting.

Finding Calm within the Chaos
This idea flips the script.
