Thérèse is a clinical psychologist and mum who provides a warm, compassionate space for women, mothers, and families to feel supported through the often complex and emotional journey of pregnancy, postpartum, and early motherhood.

Mikaela is a degree trained naturopath & nutritionist, and bodyworker specialising in supporting women & families in key transitional life stages. 

Karen O’Mara is a dedicated clinical social worker specialising in general women’s and perinatal counselling, mothers groups focusing on emotional experiences, and Circle of Security® Parenting™ programs to support and empower parents to develop knowledge and skills to meet their children’s emotional needs. 

Kindred bridges the gaps that exist in maternity care, and allow women and families access care that is important to them in all aspects. Continuity with known care providers throughout pregnancy and into parenthood has enormous benefits for a family, and we acknowledge that care during this time is more effective when provided in collaboration, rather than isolation.
