About Settle and Flow
My name is Sacha Rendoth, and it is my absolute pleasure to support families with sleep, settling and feeding. As a mother of 4, a certified Sleep Sense™ Consultant and a registered midwife, I have over 15 years of experience.
With gentle and customised methods, to suit each child and each family, I work with parents to support them to teach their babies and children sleeping and feeding rhythms that last. We work together to literally bring a settlement and flow to you, your child, and your family.
Settle & Flow’s sleep programs will completely change your life and can help with areas such as confidence with self-settling, feeding, understanding sleep regressions, and working towards sleeping through the night. The support I offer to make changes is gentle and gradual, offering a step-by-step individual approach. I look at what may holistically be affecting sleep in a caring and understanding way.
I love uniquely supporting families and tailoring the sleep program to what is needed for your specific baby or child; whether it be sleeping through the night, napping independently, self settling, or stopping feeding to sleep; just to name a few goals you may have. Sleep is the greatest gift you can give yourself and your family.
