About Nourishy
Hi, I’m Cass — a mum of three and the founder of Nourishy. Like many mums, I know firsthand the challenges of expressing breast milk, navigating returning to work, travelling with a frozen stash, or simply wanting to make sure every drop of our “liquid gold” is used. That’s why I created Nourishy: to give families a safe, science-backed way to preserve their breast milk for the long term.
Nourishy is Australia’s first freeze-drying service for personal breast milk. We gently freeze-dry your milk at our medical-grade facility, turning it into a shelf-stable powder that lasts up to 3 years — no fridge or freezer needed. It’s convenient, travel-friendly, and perfect for shared feeding, daycare, and those “just in case” moments.
We’ve completed over 3,000 shipments across Australia, all arriving safely at our Brisbane facility— a testament to the robust process and care we take with every order. Each mum’s milk is handled individually and with the highest level of safety and attention — because we know how precious it is.
Whether you’re heading back to work, your freezer’s overflowing, or you’re building an emergency stash, we’re here to help you keep giving your baby your breast milk.
We’ve also partnered with the incredible team at Mother’s Milk Bank Charity to help freeze dry donor milk across Australia.
We are the offical partner to Milkify in the US. At Nourishy, it’s not just about preserving breast milk — it’s about supporting you on your feeding journey and creating peace of mind, one pouch at a time.
