About WARM Health Collective
The Women’s and Reproductive Mental Health Collective—WARM for short— is a psychiatrist-led collective, providing mental health care across the lifespan, for people of all genders. We’re here for anyone whose emotional world feels disrupted by the ebb and flow of life.
WARM was founded for those navigating pivotal life stages and transitions—the moments when something has shifted, and things don’t quite feel right, even if it’s hard to pinpoint why. We support people with compassion, continuity and collaboration – recognising that reproductive and hormonal transitions shape the body, mind and relationships.
Areas of expertise
We’ve created a calmer, more connected approach to mental wellbeing. You’ll receive regular support when you need it, guided by a collaborative team who knows your story and stays alongside you.
Your dedicated psychiatrist develops your evidence-based treatment plan, monitors your progress, and supports your recovery, wellness goals, and wellbeing every step of the way.
Your nurse practitioner provides continuity between psychiatry appointments — checking in on symptoms, adjusting medication when needed, and helping you navigate the day-to-day changes that affect your mental health.
Your psychologist offers focused psychological therapy, helping you explore the deeper emotional patterns and coping tools that sustain long-term wellbeing.
