About Karen Linfield Birth Doula and Baby Massage
Hi, I’m Karen Linfield — a Birth and Postpartum Doula dedicated to providing calm, compassionate support for families throughout pregnancy, birth, and the early postpartum period. I believe every woman deserves to feel safe, informed, and genuinely supported as she navigates this transformative time in her life.
As a mum of three beautiful children, I draw on my own experiences, knowledge, and ongoing training to guide you through your prenatal journey. Our sessions are designed to help you feel prepared, confident, and empowered leading up to your birth. It’s a true privilege to be invited into your space, and I will be by your side every step of the way.
My support continues well beyond the moment your baby arrives. The early postpartum period is tender, beautiful, and doesn’t need to feel overwhelming. I’m there to assist, reassure, and help you discover your own unique way of parenting.
Every family I work with teaches me something new. My goal is always to ensure you feel seen, heard, supported, and empowered throughout your birth experience.
If you feel I may be the right fit for your family, I’d love to meet for an informal chat about the support you’re looking for.

Why Hiring Postpartum In-Home Support Can Transform Your Recovery

We can shape our families' and therefore babies' complete outcomes (and lives!) by providing education, but above all, support in those early days. It is essential for a mother who has given birth to rest and recover.
