About Held by Chels
ACA Registered Counsellor, Postpartum Therapist and mum of 2. I offer specialised support for new mums experiencing the overwhelm of postpartum transition. All sessions with me are virtual, meaning you can access support from anywhere in Australia.
I come to this practice with a range of lived experience, and a long history with healing. I know just how dark the postpartum period can be, but also how much lighter it can feel with the right support.
I don’t stick to one specific modality in therapy. However, my practice is heavily informed by Somatic Therapy, IFS (parts work), Root Cause Therapy, Mindfulness, Manifestation, and Breathwork.
