About Tender Space Doula
I’m Natasha, a postpartum doula & mum of two based in Brisbane. I felt a strong pull towards postpartum care work following my own transition into motherhood. This monumental shift demonstrated the importance of mother centred care and village support. Tender Space seeks to create a postpartum experience that leaves you feeling nurtured, held and empowered.
I bring a deep passion for practical education and preparation anchored to empowering families and equipping them with the tools to navigate early parenthood (from village building to navigating the huge shift that comes with matrescense).
Then once their babe is here, I offer nurturing in-home support that has been built around a mums need for rest, recovery and a safe space to move through the fourth trimester, while no two sessions look the same nourishment, self-care and easing the mums (and families) load are all key features of a session.
