I am a mother of two, a wife, and an Internationally Certified Infant Massage Instructor living along the Mornington Peninsula. My work is guided by a deep passion for helping parents understand their babies through touch, presence, and connection.

Lauren is a Registered Music Therapist and trained Neonatal Intensive Care Music Therapist, passionate about walking alongside families through the joys and challenges of early parenthood.
