About Cub & Kin
Cub & Kin is a local duo supporting Sutherland Shire mums through one of life’s biggest transitions. Founded by Jess, a midwife, and Kat, a doula, they offer a engaging, informed, genuinely supportive and no-nonsense approach to pregnancy, birth and those early newborn weeks!
Their signature class, Big Birth Energy, is a comprehensive birth education experience that covers both the practical and emotional side of labour. It is designed to help mums feel confident, prepared and grounded as they head into birth.
For what comes next, Big Newborn Energy focuses on realistic newborn care and early parenting, helping mums feel more steady and supported as they find their rhythm in those first few weeks.
Alongside their classes, Cub & Kin also offer doula support from birth through to postpartum, creating a consistent, reassuring presence when it matters most.
