Bonnie Maplestone has been teaching yoga for over 25 years and is a birth doula as well as an osteopath who works with women and babies/children. She brings all three of these things into every aspect of her work.
If you attend a prenatal or postnatal yoga class, you will get the benefit of her anatomy and birth knowledge.
If you see her as an osteopath or are a doula client, you will reap the benefits of her ability to make you feel relaxed and confident.
Bonnie’s jam is to support women throughout their journey from conception to menopause. Bonnie works in clinics across Melbourne but also offers in-home visits, especially for people who are postpartum or unable to leave their homes.
