About Bump to Bundle Nutrition
Bump to Bundle Nutrition is an online nutrition and dietetics practice helping women to enhance their fertility, grow a healthy baby and thrive postpartum with a holistic approach.
Hi, I’m Niki Mohtat – the face behind Bump to Bundle Nutrition and Australia’s first dietetic Specialist in Prenatal Nutrition (SPN) under Lily Nichols RDN.
I’m also a mum to two young children and I know firsthand how deeply we want to give our babies the best possible start. Advances in science and technology have given us incredible insights into what truly supports a healthy pregnancy. Yet, much of this evidence hasn’t reached the mainstream, with many well-meaning professionals still relying on outdated nutrition advice. Parents deserve better.
My approach combines:
- The latest scientific research
- Ancestral nutrition principles
- Personalisation (because no two people are the same)
- And your intuition, which matters more than you’ve been led to believe
Bump to Bundle Nutrition offers one-on-one personalised consultations and email support to help you achieve your goals. Medicare and Private Health Insurance rebate options available.

This is truly special to witness; it's a real privilege. As I’m within the sanctuary of the family's home for up to 4 weeks, you subtly and gratefully become part of the furniture, quietly and respectfully. So as the days pass through this ancient lineage of care, you see things shift physically, which is pure biology to me, but also her smile changes as you walk through the door, her eyes are more vibrant and her skin colour changes
