About Good Morning Mama
Good Morning Mama is a space created to gently support women through every stage of motherhood. Our classes blend pre & postnatal yoga with elements of Pilates and functional movement, designed to nurture your body, calm your mind, and bring you back home to yourself.
Our prenatal yoga is a beautiful preparation for birth. Through breathwork (pranayama), affirmations, and intentional, mindful movement, we support both the physical body and the the mind, building strength and stamina, while also learning how to soften, surrender, and trust. We focus on strengthening and supporting the body in all the right places – glutes, inner thighs, and creating pelvic stability, helping you feel strong, supported, and connected as you move toward birth.
Our postnatal mums & bubs classes are a space to reconnect. To move gently, rebuild strength, and slowly meet this new version of you with your baby by your side. We again focus on restoring strength in a supportive way, especially through the glutes, inner thighs, and pelvic foundation, helping your body feel stable and held as it heals.
Just as important, this is a space to connect with like minded mamas, to share, to be seen, and to find your community. Because motherhood was never meant to be done alone.
