About Whole Alchemy
I am Katie Gregory a qualified naturopath and nutritionist, proud member of the Australian Natural Therapists Association, founder of Whole Alchemy based in Avalon on Sydney’s Northern Beaches and mum to two sweet children.
Before I discovered natural therapies I had little understanding of how to treat my body properly. Living a life that involved excess in many areas left me both physically and emotionally depleted. After finding naturopathy I quickly discovered how amazing the world of natural medicine is and how much we can do for ourselves in order to prevent illness as well as recover from it.
I have a special interest in working with women in the fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and lactation space along with children’s wellbeing. I regularly work in areas supporting depression, anxiety, thyroid health, menopause, hormone balancing, PMS/PMDD, skin issues, ADHD, gut health, immunity, and liver health.
As a naturopath I work with you/your child (and anyone else who is managing your/their healthcare) to help alleviate the health issues you/your child is facing and find reasons as to why some areas of your health are under functioning. Functional testing can be done through specialized labs which can include blood tests, urine samples, saliva tests or gene testing. However, these functional tests are not always necessary for treatment and I will only recommend them if I feel they will make a difference in my treatment plan or if my client is interested in this information. Functional testing is an excellent tool in health management however it doesn’t answer all the questions, but can provide another piece to the puzzle.
Treatments are designed for each specific client as there is no one size fits all treatment plan. These plans can include dietary modifications, lifestyle adjustments, herbal formulas and nutritional supplementation. If a client is only interested in diet advice then that is all I will provide, however if they are interested in herbs and nutritional supplements then I can supply these goods. I am passionate about meeting each client on their health journey and making sure they are completely comfortable with their treatment and health goals.
I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and using my skills to improve the health of those around me as well as giving my clients the tools and confidence to achieve their goals. In a world which can often be fast paced and stressful, I hope to be a practitioner who can give my clients the time and attention they deserve while providing them with clarity and guidance towards their health.

Finding Calm within the Chaos
This idea flips the script. Instead of seeing happiness, peace or calm as something that only exists in the future, tied to the achievement of a goal, it invites you to find joy and satisfaction in the present moment. It’s a reminder that your feelings aren’t just an outcome of a milestone, but they are a tool for creating it.

Why Motherhood Feels So Hard
Dear Mama, We see you. We see the way you pour yourself into motherhood, the way you carry the weight of the world while still showing up with love and strength, even when you feel like a shadow of yourself. As a society, we sit here adding to the pressure, adding to the load and, let's be brutally honest - failing you miserably every step of the way. We owe you an apology.
