About How To Save A Life
We are both paramedics and mothers who are passionate about providing you with the knowledge and skills to keep your babies and children safe.
Unfortunately, as paramedics we have attended too many jobs whereby the baby or child’s health was jeopardised due to family members or bystanders having little-to-no knowledge of how to help in a medical emergency, or provide first aid.
Emergency situations can happen anywhere and anytime. The moments between calling an ambulance, and the ambulance arriving DO matter and you CAN make a difference.
We come to your home to train you and your family/friends (minimum 6-10 people required depending on your location).
We service Sydney and the Gold Coast.

What is a Doula?
Today, a doula is typically someone who acts as a hub of support, referrals and resources for a person during a major life transition, usually related to birth. Doulas have a holistic approach that considers both mental and physical well-being. Services vary significantly but can include emotional reassurance, information based on scientific evidence, and comfort techniques like massage and nourishing food. The role is not medical, and doulas cannot treat, diagnose or cure any disease.
