About The Sleep Sanctuary
Hi, I’m Sarah – the heart behind The Sleep Sanctuary. I’m a Certified Baby & Toddler Sleep Consultant, Newborn Care Specialist, and experienced Night Nanny with over 20 years of hands-on experience supporting babies, young children, and their families.
I’m also a proud mum of three, and it was my own journey through motherhood that ignited my deep passion for supporting others through the wild, beautiful, and often overwhelming early years of parenting. My experiences have shaped the way I support families today — with empathy, practical guidance, and a strong commitment to nurturing both infant and maternal wellbeing.
At The Sleep Sanctuary, our primary services include:
– Sleep Consulting for newborns through to toddlers
– Night Nanny Support to give families hands-on rest and recovery
– Postpartum Support and Care to gently guide and support you through those early weeks and months
We also offer support with settling, routine development, early nutrition, breastfeeding, bottle feeding, and responsive care for unsettled or sensitive babies.
My approach is gentle, holistic, and tailored — always led by your parenting values and your baby’s unique temperament. Whether you’re navigating the newborn haze, toddler sleep regressions, or just craving a full night’s rest, you’re not alone. I’m here to walk alongside you with practical, nurturing support so you and your little one can get the rest you truly deserve.

Why Would a Baby Need to See a Chiropractor?
Gentle care, big impact — what infant chiropractic is really about When people hear the words “chiropractor” and “baby” in the same sentence, it can raise eyebrows — and fair enough. At Nomad Chiropractic, we don’t “crack” newborns or treat them like tiny adults. In fact, our work with babies is one of the gentlest and most intuitive things we do.

Inside the Postpartum Home Preparation Service Transforming New Parents’ First Days
Bringing a newborn home is one of the most transformative moments in a family’s life, but it often arrives with overwhelm, exhaustion, and a steep learning curve. While many expectant parents spend months preparing for birth, far fewer have the time, support, or energy to prepare their home for the postpartum period. That’s where the NEST postpartum home preparation service steps in. Designed to create a soft landing for new parents and parents travelling with young children, this offering blends practical support, newborn home organisation, nourishing postpartum food, thoughtful touches, and a deep understanding of what new mothers and families truly need in those early days. We interviewed Kendra Greig the founder of NEST, to explore what inspired this unique service, what families can expect, and how a beautifully prepared home can ease the transition into newborn life.

Not Sure What You Need After Baby Arrives? Start Here
The truth is, most mums aren’t told how to prepare for the fourth trimester, the raw, tender, and transformative time after birth. This blog is your gentle starting point, a guide to the kinds of support you may need (and deserve) after baby arrives.
