- Dr Anchita Karmakar, our Principal GP, has advanced training in women’s health, mental health, and paediatrics. She is experienced in supporting families through pregnancy, birth recovery, and early childhood health.
- Our naturopaths and nutritionists are degree-qualified and trained in maternal and infant care. They specialise in nutrition during pregnancy, postpartum recovery, breastfeeding support, and infant feeding concerns.
- Our osteopaths and chiropractors are experienced in gentle, safe treatments for newborns, infants, and postpartum musculoskeletal issues, including pelvic, back, and postural concerns.
- Our pregnancy massage therapists are qualified in remedial and pregnancy-specific massage, helping relieve tension, improve circulation, and support relaxation during all stages of pregnancy.
- Our acupuncturists are AHPRA-registered and trained in fertility, pregnancy, and postnatal care, using gentle techniques to support balance and recovery.

Prepared To Birth
Natalie is a childbirth educator and massage therapist who has a particular interest in the role of stress and anxiety during preconception, pregnancy and postpartum. She runs private and group Hypnobirth classes in Mona Vale and offers preconception/fertility and postpartum massage. Natalie is passionate about helping women and their partners regulate their nervous systems in preparation for birth no matter what turn it may take. Natalie is also trained in OMP, acupressure and rebozo techniques. She also runs a pregnancy loss support group and has completed studies in Birth Trauma and offers one-on-one birth debriefs to couples needing additional support.


Baby & You
Hi! We’re Carolyn and Olivia. As Child and Family Health Nurses and mums ourselves, we are passionate about supporting, educating, and encouraging you from the fourth trimester until your little one is five years old. With decades of experience working with unique families like yours, we provide evidence-based support for breastfeeding/feeding, sleep and settling, growth and development, baby and toddler behaviour and adjusting to parenting. Appointments are available via telehealth nationally or as home visits throughout Sydney.
