We provide deeply restorative postnatal massage, Ayurvedic-inspired care, and gentle womb healing treatments to support recovery, regulate the nervous system, and restore balance after birth. Whether you’re navigating the early days with your newborn or integrating your birth experience weeks or months later, our treatments are designed to nourish your body and spirit.
Our clinic space offers a peaceful setting for you to rest, heal and reconnect — with baby welcome by your side. We also offer in-home postnatal massage for those needing extra comfort and convenience.
