Mums in Bloom supports women navigating the emotional complexity of pregnancy, postpartum and early motherhood, especially those who love their baby deeply, but feel like they’re falling apart in the process. Mandy combines over a decade of clinical experience with her own lived experience to create a compassionate space where mothers feel seen, validated and supported.
Her work explores the real inner world of motherhood, the mental load, identity shifts, emotional ups and downs, and the pressure to do it all “right.”
Through therapy, resources, and community, Mandy helps mothers make sense of their emotions and reconnect with themselves.
