About Mamamour
Hi, I’m Ysaline — a doula, holistic life coach, and Slow Rebozo practitioner based in Sydney, and the heart behind Mamamour.
I support women, mothers, and families through the transformative seasons of pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and motherhood. My work is grounded in softness, presence, and the belief that when a mother feels supported, held, and cared for, the whole family benefits.
Originally from France and now raising my family in Australia, I understand what it feels like to navigate motherhood away from your village. That experience deeply shapes the way I support women today creating spaces where mothers feel less alone, more connected, and truly nurtured.
I offer doula support throughout pregnancy, birth, and especially the postpartum period, alongside holistic life coaching for women navigating motherhood and other life transitions. My approach blends practical guidance with emotional and physical care, from birth education, postpartum preparation, feeding support, and newborn rhythms, to grounding practices, nervous system support, and honest conversations around identity, relationships, and motherhood.
At the heart of my work is the belief that mothers deserve to be nurtured too. I create calming, restorative spaces where women can slow down, feel deeply cared for, and reconnect with themselves during one of the most transformative seasons of life.
I also offer Slow Rebozo sessions using the rebozo, a traditional Mexican woven scarf, to support relaxation, grounding, gentle movement, and rest. Alongside this, I offer Postpartum Rituals and baby bath rituals, gentle practices designed to support recovery, emotional wellbeing, and postpartum healing.
Beyond one-on-one support, I host mothers’ gatherings and community spaces in both English and French, with a strong focus on connection, village-building, and bringing softness into modern motherhood.
You don’t have to do motherhood alone — I’d be honoured to be part of your village.

Helping Children Navigate Grief
