Your number one hype gal, your ‘Mary Poppins for adults’, ready to fill in the gaps and cracks of life as you either become or grow your fam. Here to nourish, nurture and honour your incredible body and mind as it moves through this wild transformation of becoming mumma. Here to empower you and provide helpful tools you can use in every other season of motherhood that follows. My offerings of support aim to nourish you with joy and laughter, yummo postpartum food and comfy connection. Create time to hold space and hold you, deeply listening to the big stuff, the crunchy stuff, the wild stuff, the hard stuff, the big and small stuff, the mundane and the magnificent. Ill bring my hype gal energy to create more fluidity in your days through practical support to aid sensory overwhelm and the mental load and walk along side you, be your wing woman, as I nurture, support, explore and prepare with you and your fam so you have energy and space for the big, juicy stuff that follows when I’m not there.
Areas of expertise
I love bringing my passion for easing sensory overwhelm and mental load to how I show up for you. I also run my own house cleaning biz, so I’m not afraid to get dirty in order to create more calm for you. I have also completed the Newborn Mothers Breastfeeding for Professionals course. I am not a lactation consultant but have a good understanding of what mothers require to feel supported as they learn to breastfeed.
