About Dear Dahlia
I’m Erin Henry, a perinatal psychologist based on the Sunshine Coast, supporting parents through pregnancy and early parenthood. I work alongside you through the transition into parenthood.
Not to “fix”, but to help you feel more held, understood, and less alone as you navigate the adjustment to parenthood and the emotional complexities that can come with this season of life.
My approach is compassionate, evidence-based, and grounded in helping you understand your experience rather than judge it.
I welcome birthing and non-birthing parents, partners, and families navigating many different paths into parenthood.
If things feel heavier than you expected, or not quite like you imagined they would, you’re not alone in that.
You don’t have to wait until things feel at their hardest to be supported. Support can also be a space to pause, reflect, and feel more resourced in the season you are in.
