About Seed Sync
I’m Hiba, a qualified naturopath and the founder of Seed Sync. I support women in navigating their health with a natural, personalised approach.
My work focuses on women’s hormonal health across all stages of life, from menstrual cycle concerns and PMS to fertility, postpartum recovery, and perimenopause.
My journey into this space began through my own experience with hormonal imbalance, where I saw firsthand how limited and overwhelming women’s health support can feel. Through my studies and clinical experience, I realised how many women were facing similar challenges, often without clear guidance or accessible, holistic care.
Seed Sync was created to offer a space where women feel heard, supported, and empowered to understand their bodies. I work closely with each client to uncover the root cause of their symptoms, rather than simply managing them.
Using a combination of evidence-based naturopathy, nutrition, and lifestyle support, I create tailored treatment plans that align with each woman’s unique needs, lifestyle, and stage of life. For mothers, I understand the juggle of caring for others while trying to prioritise your own wellbeing.
My approach is always realistic and supportive, offering practical strategies that can be integrated into daily life without adding overwhelm. Whether you’re feeling depleted, navigating hormonal shifts after having children, or simply wanting to feel more balanced and energised, I’m here to guide you with care and understanding.
At Seed Sync, the focus is on building a deeper connection with your body, helping you feel confident in recognising its signals and supported in responding to them. When a woman feels balanced, it naturally flows into her family and the way she shows up in everyday life.
