About Align with Alice
Hi, I’m Alice!
After over ten years supporting women in the motherhood space as a midwife, fertility nurse and child family health nurse, I now combine hypnotherapy and Human Design to provide holistic support for women in their motherhood journeys.
Human Design brings greater understanding of who you are and how you’re wired so that you can navigate life and motherhood with more ease and self-compassion, while hypnotherapy works at the subconscious level to release fears and doubts so that you can move forward with clarity and confidence.
I support women at all different stages of their motherhood journeys from preconception, pregnancy, postpartum and early parenthood and offer a holistic, intuitive and tailored approach. My offerings include 1:1 and Mother:Child Human Design readings, hypnotherapy sessions as well as longer journeys that weave both modalities together for deeper support and transformation.
If you have questions or are wondering how hypnotherapy or Human Design could support you, please do reach out. I’m always more than happy to help and would love to hear from you.

Why Hiring Postpartum In-Home Support Can Transform Your Recovery
If I had my way, support would be non-negotiable and, in an ideal world, would have government funding, so everyone can access the help we all deserve. We can shape our families' and therefore babies' complete outcomes (and lives!) by providing education, but above all, support in those early days. It is essential for a mother who has given birth to rest and recover.
