About Birth & Beyond Education
Birth & Beyond Education provides comprehensive birth, parenting, and feeding education, along with postnatal support, birth debriefs and home visits. Founded by highly experienced midwives, Lucy & Kristin, their mission is to empower expectant parents with honest, realistic, and evidence-based education. As practising hospital midwives, they understand firsthand the unpredictability of birth and the journey to parenthood, so they have designed their workshops to equip parents with the confidence, knowledge, and skills needed to make informed decisions and navigate birth, feeding, and early parenthood with clarity and assurance.
Classes are taught in small, intimate groups, creating a comfortable space for learning and discussion. Virtual education is available for those unable to attend in person to ensure all parents have access to quality support.
In-person workshops are held in Manly, offering a welcoming environment where parents can gain the knowledge and skills needed for a positive birth and parenting experience.

Align with Alice
Hi, I’m Alice and I help women step off the emotional rollercoaster and become the mothers they want to be.
Combining my experience as a Midwife, Fertility Nurse, Maternal and Child Health Nurse, Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) Practitioner and Hypnotherapist, my holistic approach integrates my professional experience with my gentle and intuitive nature.
Whether you are navigating the complexities of your fertility, experiencing fear or worry about pregnancy or birth or feeling lost in the early parenting years… I am here to support you on your journey. Because when so much of this journey can feel out of your control, I can help you take control over your mindset, your thoughts and the lens through which you see and experience motherhood.
By working with the subconscious mind, I can help you get ‘unstuck’ from any limiting beliefs that are holding you back, so that you can move forward in your next chapter feeling empowered, confident, optimistic and clear on your path forward.
What is RTT?
RTT uniquely blends principles of hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, neurolinguistic programming, cognitive behavioural therapy, neuroscience and neuroplasticity to deliver fast, effective and long-lasting results. Ultimately RTT aims to get to the root cause of the ‘problem’ you’re experiencing, identify any subconscious blocks or limiting beliefs and clear these so that you can move forward with new, positive and supportive beliefs that align with your vision for motherhood. This process doesn’t just change how you think, it changes what you believe about yourself, how you feel, how you behave and how you experience the world.
If you have questions about whether RTT is suitable for you or how I could help, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I offer complimentary calls and I’m always more than happy to answer questions.

Dr Claudia Nicholson
Having served the Sydney community for more than 25 years as a General Practitioner, I am passionate about the health and well-being of women, children, parents, and families, and feel strongly a good GP relationship provides a foundation of support, information & education, communication between health practitioners, and care.
I believe it is not only physical and mental health that contributes to our state of wellness, but also the strength of relationships in our lives, and the families and communities to which we are connected.
As a sports woman who runs and swims regularly and a yoga instructor (Sydney Sports Stadium) I am an advocate of preventative and proactive lifestyle choices, and am comfortable combining evidence based medicine with holistic care.
In this regard, I work closely with allied health professionals involved in my clients care including Naturopaths, Chiropractors, Nutritionists etc… and welcome this important aspect of optimising health outcomes. This is particularly important in the areas of child health, fertility, pregnancy and postnatal care, maintaining a modern, fresh, comprehensive and relevant approach.

Why Hiring Postpartum In-Home Support Can Transform Your Recovery
If I had my way, support would be non-negotiable and, in an ideal world, would have government funding, so everyone can access the help we all deserve. We can shape our families' and therefore babies' complete outcomes (and lives!) by providing education, but above all, support in those early days. It is essential for a mother who has given birth to rest and recover.
