About Hannah Aislinn Nutrition
Certified Nutrition Consultant | Holistic Women’s Health & Maternal Nutrition.
Hi, I’m Hannah, a mum of two and the founder of Hannah Aislinn Nutrition. I’m passionate about helping women feel nourished, supported and confident through the different stages of motherhood, from fertility and pregnancy to postpartum recovery, breastfeeding and introducing solids to their babies.
My passion for women’s health and nutrition grew from my own experience navigating fertility challenges, pregnancy and postpartum recovery, alongside the profound experience of grief and loss. These experiences deepened my understanding of just how much women carry through these stages of life, often while trying to navigate their own physical and emotional wellbeing. They inspired me to study nutrition at Oh Baby School of Holistic Nutrition and help other women feel supported, understood and empowered with reliable, practical information they can trust.
My approach is holistic, looking beyond what’s on your plate to understand the bigger picture of your health. Nutrition is important pillar, but so are lifestyle, stress, sleep and recovery, environmental exposures, hormonal changes and metabolic factors. I believe symptoms deserve to be listened to, not dismissed or overlooked. By exploring the potential factors contributing to how you feel, we can work towards a more personalised understanding of your nutritional needs and practical ways to support your wellbeing.
I support women preparing for pregnancy, navigating hormonal or fertility challenges, replenishing their nutritional stores after birth and meeting the increased demands of breastfeeding. I also help parents confidently approach introducing solids, from recognising signs of readiness and exploring first foods to building positive foundations for their baby’s relationship with food.
My philosophy is simple: nourishing yourself and your family shouldn’t be complicated or overwhelming. I focus on realistic, sustainable changes that work in everyday life, with practical food ideas and personalised guidance rather than restrictive rules or a one-size-fits-all approach.
At the heart of my work are three values: listening, validating and empowering women. I want you to feel heard, understood and supported, equipped with the knowledge to ask questions, advocate for yourself and make informed decisions that feel right for you and your family.
Motherhood can be beautiful, exhausting and everything in between. You deserve support, too. My hope is to help you feel stronger, more nourished and more confident as you navigate your own journey, one meaningful step at a time.
