About MothersClub
MothersClub – An inclusive space to support you on your journey into motherhood.
Hi, I’m Meghan. Mama, Pre & Postnatal Yoga Teacher, Postpartum Doula and Founder of MothersClub.
My intention for MothersClub is to create a space where mothers at all stages – conception, pregnancy, and postpartum can come together to share stories, mindfully move their bodies, and feel nourished by one another. Because when women gather magic and healing can happen.
We live in a world where we have lost the ancient art of village building, especially in the season of motherhood. We were never meant to do this alone, MothersClub is here to change that!
Our offerings include – Prenatal Yoga, Mums & Bubs classes, Birth Education, In-home Postpartum Care, Workshops and Events.

Ma Wisdom
At Ma Wisdom, we believe intergenerational knowledge is powerful. There’s something deeply meaningful about the kind of wisdom passed down through families, the kind that comes from lived experience and a desire to help.
But while that kind of wisdom is timeless, the world of birth and parenting has changed and many new parents struggle with outdated advice, boundaries being crossed and risk offending grandparents by wanting to do things differently than in their day.
At Ma Wisdom, our tailored workshops are thoughtfully designed with a light-hearted approach to help embrace the exciting transition into grandparenting and to equip grandparents and chosen supporters with essential tools and insights.
By nurturing the innate and accumulated wisdom grandparents already hold, we’ll bring them up to date on what’s changed since they had babies, including newborn safety and the best ways to support new families in the early weeks postpartum. We’ll explore the importance of boundaries – how to set them before the baby arrives and how to navigate them with care and include opportunities to rebuild confidence through a practical skills refresher. We’ll also look at their own transition into grandescence and how this new stage of life can shape their experiences and perspectives.
Led by qualified trainers with over 25 years of combined experience supporting families, we hold TAE accreditation and are qualified, accredited birth and postpartum doulas, as well as certified childbirth and early parenting educators. We are also mothers, grandmothers, aunties, sisters and women with a deep desire to support intergenerational bonds.
Our workshops help grandparents gain valuable knowledge to navigate the vital role they play in a newly emerging family. The right support after having a baby makes all the difference, we’ll help them be just the kind of support you’re looking for.
Open to new and soon-to-be grandparents, great aunts/uncles and anyone else chosen to be a grandparent figure.

The truth is, most mums aren’t told how to prepare for the fourth trimester, the raw, tender, and transformative time after birth. You might feel sore, sleep-deprived, disconnected, or emotionally all over the place. And that’s completely normal. But it doesn’t mean you have to go through it alone. This blog is your gentle starting point, a guide to the kinds of support you may need (and deserve) after baby arrives.

The Surprising Power of Singing Together: A Mums Group with a Difference
I started Sing High Sing Low to create spaces where women of all life stages could connect, unwind, and experience the joy of shared song. Why Would a Baby Need to See a Chiropractor?
Gentle care, big impact — what infant chiropractic is really about When people hear the words “chiropractor” and “baby” in the same sentence, it can raise eyebrows — and fair enough. At Nomad Chiropractic, we don’t “crack” newborns or treat them like tiny adults. In fact, our work with babies is one of the gentlest and most intuitive things we do.
