About Radiant Birth
Radiant Birth is a heart-led doula collective based in Melbourne, offering personalised, compassionate care through pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and beyond. Owned and led by Josie Hipwell, a full spectrum doula, Radiant Birth supports families through life’s biggest transitions with practical guidance, emotional support, and deep respect for each person’s unique journey. Our support includes birth and postpartum education and in person doula support in birth and postpartum.
At Radiant Birth, we believe in safe, supported, and empowered care. Whether you’re preparing for your first birth or navigating postpartum after baby number three, our doulas walk alongside you with warmth, knowledge, and presence. We offer birth and postpartum doula support, birth education, circles, planning sessions, and resources that honour your intuition while grounding you in evidence-based care.
We know birth and parenting don’t look one way – so our support doesn’t either. From hospital births to homebirths, from VBAC to caesarean, from joyful to complex experiences – we’re here to meet you where you are, hold space, and help you feel confident, calm, and deeply seen. Let us help you build your village. Your story matters here.
