About Mum’s Oasis
Hi, I am Damaris. I support mothers with expert postpartum doula care, infant sleep consulting, mother’s circles and online education – nurturing recovery, rest and confident motherhood.
At Mum’s Oasis, I bring together my training as a certified postpartum doula and infant sleep consultant to provide premium, personalised care for mothers and families.
My support includes:
In-home postpartum care – hands-on, nurturing support to help you rest, recover and enjoy those precious first weeks with your newborn.
Massage (in Annandale) – massages in pregnancy and postpartum as well as after pregnancy loss.
Postpartum preparation sessions (online) – helping you plan for recovery, bonding and emotional wellbeing before baby arrives.
Infant sleep consultations (online) – evidence-based and nurtured support to bring clarity and calm to newborn and infant sleep.
Mother’s groups (online) – a safe and nurturing space for mothers to connect and learn the science and the art of growing lifelong mental health for their babies and themselves.
“Your Postpartum Oasis” online course – self-paced education to guide you through recovery, mental wellbeing, breastfeeding and bonding.
With a holistic approach, I combine evidence-based knowledge with traditional wisdom to create a calm, nurturing space for mothers to heal and thrive. Whether in your home, online or in-person at my Annandale practice, my goal is to walk alongside you – supporting your recovery, strengthening your confidence and helping you embrace motherhood with calm and joy.
