Emergcare: Empowering Families with Life-Saving Knowledge
At Emergcare, we understand that the birth of a baby marks the beginning of a parent’s journey. Our approach to first aid education goes beyond just teaching life-saving skills — it’s about supporting families during their transition to parenthood and helping them build their village of support. Our mission is to provide every family with essential first aid education, ensuring they have the knowledge and confidence to act in emergencies. We envision a community where all parents have the skills to respond to emergencies and the resources to support their mental health and wellbeing.
Our Mission
As health professionals and paramedics, we believe CPR and first aid are lifesaving skills that should be accessible to all. We collaborate to educate families and communities on preventing, identifying, and responding effectively to a wide range of illnesses, injuries, and emergencies. Our goal is to create safer communities by empowering individuals with the confidence to respond in critical moments, especially while waiting for medical help. Immediate care in those first minutes can save lives.
Our Services
We offer a range of evidence-based, high-quality first aid courses, including our Perinatal First Aid Course, designed specifically for new and expecting parents. Alongside essential training in childhood injury prevention, paediatric first aid, and child and newborn CPR, this course also offers tools to support your emotional wellbeing.
Through education and evidence-based resources, you’ll gain practical tools to build support networks and care for your mental and emotional health during pregnancy and early parenthood. This holistic approach ensures that parents are equipped to care for their child while also nurturing their own wellbeing.
Our training is based on the latest guidelines from the Australian Resuscitation Council and Australian Children’s Hospital, ensuring practical and up-to-date education.
