At Clifton Hill Physiotherapy, we are passionate about supporting women, mothers, and families through every stage of life. We believe that high-quality physiotherapy is more than treatment — it’s about empowering you with knowledge, confidence, and the right tools to care for your body and wellbeing.

Our experienced team offers a comprehensive range of services tailored to the unique needs of women and their families, including Pelvic Health Physiotherapy, Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy, Paediatric Physiotherapy, Clinical Pilates, Mums and Bubs Classes, and safe pre- and post-natal exercise programs. Whether you are preparing for birth, recovering afterwards, managing a musculoskeletal condition, or supporting your child’s physical development, we are here to help.

Pelvic Health Physiotherapy is one of our core specialties. We provide gentle, evidence-based care for concerns such as incontinence, pelvic pain, prolapse, and pregnancy-related discomfort. Our goal is to restore comfort, function, and confidence in your everyday activities.

Our Musculoskeletal Physiotherapists work with clients of all ages to address pain, injury, and postural issues — from back and neck pain to sports injuries and postural imbalances that can occur during pregnancy or while caring for young children.

We also have a dedicated focus on Paediatric Physiotherapy, supporting babies, toddlers, and children with developmental concerns, motor skill challenges, or injury rehabilitation, working closely with families to ensure the best outcomes.

Movement is medicine, and our Clinical Pilates and Mums and Bubs Classes offer a safe, supportive way to build strength, improve posture, and reconnect with your body after birth. All sessions are led by Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists to ensure your exercises are tailored to your needs and safe at every stage.

At Clifton Hill Physiotherapy we are driven by a passion for women’s health and a deep commitment to providing compassionate, individualised care. Our clinic is a welcoming, family-friendly space where you can feel supported, understood, and empowered. Node Mothers
Community

Node Mothers

Node Mothers and the Node Motherhood Centre were created with one big goal in mind to support mums, not just motherhood.

Founded by Melissa Decarli a mum, photographer, and someone who’s walked the highs and lows of matrescence, Node began as a simple idea: what if mothers’ groups were less about milestone checklists and more about real connection, honest chats, and feeling seen.

Since then, it’s grown into a beautiful community of women who meet weekly across Ballarat (and online), not just to talk about their babies, but to talk about themselves. Whether it’s a new mum with a six-week-old or a second-time mum with a busy toddler in tow, our groups and sessions focus on the woman behind the role.

The Node Motherhood Centre is a warm, welcoming space built for mums to take a breath and be held. We run 10-week mothers’ groups, toddler groups, workshops, and events, always with a focus on connection, community, and gentle encouragement to be exactly who you are that day.

Melissa brings a real, lived-in understanding of what it means to hold so much at once; motherhood, identity, relationships, business, and the in-between. Through her photography business Her Golden Point, she’s had the privilege of capturing thousands of motherhood moments and those honest, tender connections are at the heart of everything she creates with Node.

We’re not here to tell mums what to do. We’re here to walk alongside them. We talk about the messy middle of motherhood, the beautiful chaos, the doubts, the growth and we do it with humour, heart, and a whole lot of love.

If you’re a brand wanting to connect with mothers in a way that truly resonates, Node offers direct access to a trusted, engaged, and emotionally connected audience. We speak with and support our mums every week, and everything we do is built on trust, relatability, and genuine care.

At Node, we don’t just support mums – we see them. And that’s where real impact begins.

The Growth Room
Mental Health

The Growth Room

Hi, I am Angelina — a Clinical Perinatal Psychologist, HypnoBirthing Practitioner and Matrescence Educator. With a passion for women’s health and perinatal psychology, I recognise the perinatal period—from preconception through to parenthood—as a time filled with both immense wonder and incredible challenges.

I founded The Growth Room, a space inspired by my own transformative journey into motherhood, including my second pregnancy during the COVID-19 pandemic. My personal experiences of navigating motherhood, particularly in the face of isolation and uncertainty, deepened my understanding of the holistic support women need during this life stage. As a result, The Growth Room focuses on providing education, nurturing, and mental health support for women navigating the profound physical, emotional, and psychological changes of pregnancy and motherhood.

In addition to psychological therapy for women in the perinatal period, in which I adopt a strengths-based, collaborative therapeutic approach, The Growth Room also offers childbirth education through HypnoBirthing courses. These courses help expectant mothers and their partners feel empowered and prepared for birth through relaxation techniques, guided visualisations, and education.

The Growth Room focuses on acknowledging the emotional, mental, and physical changes that occur during pregnancy, birth, and motherhood, creating a nurturing environment where women can access both therapeutic support and practical tools like HypnoBirthing to foster a supported transition to motherhood.

At The Growth Room we are passionate about creating a therapeutic space where women can feel empowered, reflect on their experiences, and grow in confidence as they navigate pregnancy, birth and motherhood.

Nourishy
Feeding

Nourishy

Hi, I’m Cass — a mum of three and the founder of Nourishy. Like many mums, I know firsthand the challenges of expressing breast milk, navigating returning to work, travelling with a frozen stash, or simply wanting to make sure every drop of our “liquid gold” is used. That’s why I created Nourishy: to give families a safe, science-backed way to preserve their breast milk for the long term.

Nourishy is Australia’s first freeze-drying service for personal breast milk. We gently freeze-dry your milk at our medical-grade facility, turning it into a shelf-stable powder that lasts up to 3 years — no fridge or freezer needed. It’s convenient, travel-friendly, and perfect for shared feeding, daycare, and those “just in case” moments.

We’ve completed over 3,000 shipments across Australia, all arriving safely at our Brisbane facility— a testament to the robust process and care we take with every order. Each mum’s milk is handled individually and with the highest level of safety and attention — because we know how precious it is.

Whether you’re heading back to work, your freezer’s overflowing, or you’re building an emergency stash, we’re here to help you keep giving your baby your breast milk.

We’ve also partnered with the incredible team at Mother’s Milk Bank Charity to help freeze dry donor milk across Australia.

We are the offical partner to Milkify in the US. At Nourishy, it’s not just about preserving breast milk — it’s about supporting you on your feeding journey and creating peace of mind, one pouch at a time.

MAMA Midwifery Practice

MAMA believes that pregnancy, birth, and early parenting are life-changing experiences – and that every mother and family deserves care that is personal, compassionate, and empowering. Their team of passionate midwives and dedicated practitioners provides holistic antenatal, birth and postnatal care across Melbourne, with the main hub located in Kensington, Victoria – the first centre of its kind in the state.

Founded by midwives Kelly Langford (16 years’ experience) and Jan Ireland (over 40 years’ experience), MAMA combines generations of midwifery wisdom to serve the community. They are supported by a network of practitioners, support staff, volunteers, and past clients who have become part of the MAMA family, all working together to provide individualised care for birthing people and their families.

MAMA’s care model is grounded in respect, collaboration, and evidence-based practice. They view mothers as active partners in their care, offering guidance, information, and support so each woman can make informed decisions about her pregnancy, birth, and postpartum journey.

Whether serving as primary carers or working alongside obstetricians, GPs, or allied health professionals, the focus remains on achieving the best outcomes for both mother and baby.

As endorsed midwives and eligible Medicare providers, MAMA offers rebates for antenatal and postnatal services, making high-quality private midwifery care more accessible. Katie’s Babies

Nurturing a love of sleep through attachment, trust, respect & fun.

Supporting tired parents to make kind, attachment-focused changes to their baby’s sleep, WITHOUT sleep training.

Hi, I’m Katie, a Registered Midwife with over 25 years of clinical experience and a background in home birth. I’m also a certified OCN Level 6 holistic infant sleep coach and mum to four teenagers.

After breastfeeding, co-sleeping, baby-wearing and surviving endless night wakes with my own children, I discovered something important: families don’t have to choose between ignoring their instincts or staying up all night forever. There is a gentle middle ground, and that’s exactly what I offer through Katie’s Babies.

I’m based in Melbourne, Australia, and while I offer in-home support locally, most of my work is conducted online. That means I can support families anywhere in the world. My approach blends evidence, intuition and deep respect, helping you create a rhythm that works for your baby and your life, without ever resorting to cry-it-out or forceful routines.

How I can help

Whether you’re contact-napping with a 4-month-old or wrestling with a strong-willed toddler at bedtime, I’m here to guide you towards your goals while preserving connection every step of the way.

  • Helping you understand what’s biologically normal in infant and toddler sleep
  • Reassuring you that feeding to sleep, contact naps, co-sleeping and floor beds are not ‘bad habits’, they’re instinctive and valid, but it’s ok to make changes if you want to.
  • Offering realistic, respectful strategies that protect emotional safety and strengthen bonds

Families often tell me they appreciate my slow, steady, step-by-step approach, designed to avoid tears wherever possible. I build confidence gently, with connection and encouragement, never through pressure or detachment.

Many of my values are grounded in Montessori principles and Aware Parenting theories.

My goal is always to help you find a path that feels sustainable, respectful and aligned with your parenting values, while making life a little easier along the way.  Sleep doesn’t have to be a battle, and you don’t have to figure it out alone.

About Untangled Living

I’m Ebony, the founder of Untangled Living and a mother supporting mothers. I combine my professional skills with my own lived experience to offer care that’s both practical and deeply understanding. My approach is grounded in genuine empathy, a shared sense of “I get it,” and creating a safe, welcoming space where women feel truly seen, heard, and cared for.

I offer trauma-informed care and hands-on support for women at every stage of the motherhood journey from conception through pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and beyond. I understand that every family’s story is unique, and that recovery and growth don’t follow a neat timeline.

I am a qualified birth and postpartum doula and myotherapist, with specialised training in pre- and postnatal massage, scar therapy, and lymphatic drainage. I have also completed training in the Body Ready Method®, a functional movement approach designed to prepare the body for birth and support a smoother, more complete recovery postpartum. I hold a Diploma of Nutrition specialising in women’s health through all stages of motherhood, preparing for pregnancy, staying well during pregnancy, recovering after birth, and restoring balance from the depletion often experienced in motherhood. I am currently completing a Bachelor of Nursing, specialising in women’s health.

My services are designed to meet you exactly where you are:

  • Pregnancy support – massage, education, and personalised resources to ease discomfort, reduce anxiety, and prepare your body and mind for birth.
  • Birth preparation – tailored sessions that help you feel informed, confident, and empowered for whatever path your birth may take, including cesarean preparation.
  • Postpartum care – hands-on healing for body and mind, scar therapy, lymphatic support, and recovery plans that honour your emotional and physical wellbeing.
  • Support beyond the first year – guidance for mothers navigating toddlerhood, returning to work, hormonal changes, body image, burnout, and the ongoing balancing act of motherhood.

Motherhood can be overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. Whether I’m easing physical tension, creating a recovery plan, or simply holding space for your story, my goal is to walk alongside you, helping you untangle the challenges, celebrate milestones, and feel anchored in your own strength.

Together, we can create space for your recovery, your growth, and the version of motherhood you want to live.

Life Ready Studio

Life Ready Studio is an intimate, personal and supportive reformer pilates studio based in Caulfield North, Melbourne.

With only 7 reformers, the client experience feels like a personal session with constant instructor awareness, allowing for necessary adjustments throughout the class. Life Ready Studio was established by Teri, who wanted to create a space where clients could move in a group class but still be seen and adjusted where needed.

Teri thrives on helping and encouraging people to move confidently. She believes that creating a space that challenges clients whilst they move through all stages of life ( Pilates beginner, post injury, antenatal and postnatal as well as advanced Pilates enthusiasts) while feeling fully supported mentally and physically is the key to ultimate wellbeing.

Teri’s main passion is helping mothers and mothers-to-be feel strong and confident in their bodies before and after pregnancy. Having two boys (and a third baby on the way), Teri understands the importance of movement pre- and post-natally to aid the body during pregnancy, for birth, and, most importantly, for recovery. The studio provides support for mums-to-be throughout every trimester, adjusting movement to accommodate the changes in the body. The studio also provides mums and bubs classes so clients can move while having their baby next to them in the pram, on the mat or in the carrier. Each class helps clients regain their strength and confidence, while still allowing them to spend time with their baby and other like-minded mums.

It’s a hub for supportive, nourishing conversations. It doesn’t stop at strength and movement- the Life Ready community is one of a kind, gifting clients a really nurturing space to feel supported, get strong, and find a love for movement and wellbeing no matter what stage in life they’re at.

Emergcare: Empowering Families with Life-Saving Knowledge

At Emergcare, we understand that the birth of a baby marks the beginning of a parent’s journey. Our approach to first aid education goes beyond just teaching life-saving skills — it’s about supporting families during their transition to parenthood and helping them build their village of support. Our mission is to provide every family with essential first aid education, ensuring they have the knowledge and confidence to act in emergencies. We envision a community where all parents have the skills to respond to emergencies and the resources to support their mental health and wellbeing.

Our Mission

As health professionals and paramedics, we believe CPR and first aid are lifesaving skills that should be accessible to all. We collaborate to educate families and communities on preventing, identifying, and responding effectively to a wide range of illnesses, injuries, and emergencies. Our goal is to create safer communities by empowering individuals with the confidence to respond in critical moments, especially while waiting for medical help. Immediate care in those first minutes can save lives.

Our Services

We offer a range of evidence-based, high-quality first aid courses, including our Perinatal First Aid Course, designed specifically for new and expecting parents. Alongside essential training in childhood injury prevention, paediatric first aid, and child and newborn CPR, this course also offers tools to support your emotional wellbeing.

Through education and evidence-based resources, you’ll gain practical tools to build support networks and care for your mental and emotional health during pregnancy and early parenthood. This holistic approach ensures that parents are equipped to care for their child while also nurturing their own wellbeing.

Our training is based on the latest guidelines from the Australian Resuscitation Council and Australian Children’s Hospital, ensuring practical and up-to-date education.
