Blossom Doula Care
Hi my name is Janine. I’ve been so lucky to work with many mums, dads, babies and their families over the past 30 years as a registered nurse specialising in obstetrics and as a trained mentor, birth and postpartum doula, educator and mum of 3. I’m truly passionate about supporting families as they grow and transition into their wonderful fourth trimester and settle into life as parents and as a new family. It’s a joy to see parents grow in confidence and enjoy this precious time surrounded by love, nourishment, nurturing care, practical help, and a kind guiding hand to support them. Caring for the new and healing mum is so important as she is able to rest and get to know her little one.
It’s a privilege to be part of this wonderful journey with them all.

Abi Barham Lactation Support
I am an IBCLC, Registered Paediatric and Neonatal Nurse and Mum of two girls.
I have a passion for holistic lactation support, meeting families right where they are in their feeding journey, acknowledging and embracing individual needs and goals for navigating feeding, both short and long term.
I love working one-on-one, and I usually conduct home visits to bring support right to your door. As well as my private practice, I still work part-time in NICU, supporting families in the very earliest, vulnerable and precious days after birth, which is such a privileged job that I truly adore.
My approach is always to listen, to bring kindness as well as experience to your situation, along with a big dose of cheerleading!

Sing High Sing Low
Sing High Sing Low – Singing for Mums & Bubs With Fiona Maria – Singing Facilitator, hearted-centred Community Builder
When was the last time you felt nourished and held?
Hi, I’m Fiona Maria, founder of Sing High Sing Low. I offer gentle, joyful singing spaces where women of all life stages can simply be. No pressure, no performance—just breath, song, and connection.
My Women’s Singing Circles run in Summer Hill, and are coming to Paddington in February 2026. These are not your usual mothers’ groups. We gather in calm, welcoming spaces to sing simple songs learned by ear—soothing, repetitive melodies that settle the nervous system and invite us home to ourselves. We layer up some harmonies as the mood of the day takes us. Shy singers, “non-singers” and karaoke divas are all welcome!
Together we (re) connect to our voices and ourselves.
How it’s different to other “mums & bubs” groups
Many baby classes focus on entertaining your child. This is different. These sessions nourish you, the mother, the woman. When you’re calm, connected, and resourced, everyone benefits. You’ll leave feeling lighter, more grounded, and able to manage what life throws at us.
Women’s Singing Circle is open to women of all life stages—because we know it takes a village, but we don’t always know where to find one!
Why Singing with Your Baby Matters
Long before language, babies are wired to respond to your voice. Singing regulates their heart rate, lowers stress, and builds secure attachment.
And it helps you too—singing reduces anxiety, lifts your mood, and brings a deep sense of connection.
This is not a performance. It’s a practice—one that is a timeless part of the human experience. For generations, mothers sang to soothe their children, mark daily rhythms, and build community. But in our modern world, this shared singing culture has been lost. I’m here to help bring it back.
A Little About Me
I’ve spent over 20 years singing, performing, and facilitating voice work in community and workplace settings. As a trained Singing Mamas leader, I bring a model rooted in care, inclusion, and the science of sound and wellbeing.
You’re warmly invited. Come with little ones—or just as you are.

Maternal Instincts Massage
Maternal Instincts is an award winning pre and postnatal massage therapy service, that truly understands the specific treatments that expectant and new mothers need.
Our Postnatal treatments help to give relief to neck and shoulder tension that develops from feeding (breast or bottle) as well as back pain as a result of delivery or from the extra sitting to feed and the bending associated with newborns. We are also trained specifically in c-section scar massage to help aid in recovery.
Our treatments are fantastic at helping mums gain some much-needed rest and “me time”. However, babies are always welcome at these treatments and feeding/ skin to skin time can definitely be accommodated – especially if mum and bub don’t get a chance for much bonding at home.
At Maternal Instincts Massage we specialise in helping women regain their confidence and comfort through massage therapy and innovative treatments. Now, we’re excited to also offer you a non-invasive pelvic floor solution that can address the core issues of bladder leaks and sexual health: Emsella. Whether you’re dealing with postpartum incontinence or simply want to improve your pelvic health as you age, Emsella can help you regain control and feel empowered in your own body

Nurtured by Josi
I’m Josi, a birth and postpartum doula, and a mum of four, including twins. My own journey through pregnancy, birth, and motherhood inspired me to support women and families during this life-changing time. I know firsthand how important it is to feel cared for, reassured, and truly nurtured.
As a doula, I provide a blend of evidence-based information, emotional encouragement, and practical support. Every woman’s experience is unique, so I tailor my care to meet your needs; whether you’re preparing for birth, planning a caesarean, or adjusting to life with a newborn. My role is to bring calm, confidence, and continuity, helping you feel supported at every stage.
Postpartum care is especially close to my heart. The early weeks can be both beautiful and overwhelming, and having a steady presence to lean on can make all the difference. I offer guidance, reassurance, and hands-on help so you can focus on rest, recovery, and bonding with your baby.
One of the ways I nurture families is through wholesome, healing meals, included in my postpartum support packages. Food plays a powerful role in recovery, and I create meals that promote warmth, energy, and healing, while also being delicious and comforting.
My goal is simple: to ensure mothers and families feel seen, supported, and cared for during pregnancy, birth, and beyond. With both professional training and lived experience, I bring knowledge, compassion, and heart to every family I serve.
You don’t have to do it alone – I’m here to walk alongside you every step of the way.

Brisbane Grief Counselling
Hi, I’m Amy, I am a specialist grief counsellor and I work with women and families facing losses (death-related and non-death-related losses across the lifespan).
Something has happened and you are now trying to pick up the pieces. Grief is often a lonely journey and can feel all consuming. Whether you are trying to start or grow your family, adjusting to pregnancy or early parenting challenges, navigating pregnancy or parenting after loss, or figuring out how to ‘be you’ and still parent in a way that feels congruent to your life values, I am here to hold space for these conversations.
Matrescence is the transition we make from maiden to mother, likened to adolescence, and it is a transition of mind, body, soul and spirit.
As a therapist in this space, I walk alongside you as a companion while you navigate the complexity and challenges of living with loss. Together we create a safe space for your experience to be witnessed, for you to tell the truth about your grief, to be seen and heard without judgment.
You do not have to do this journey alone.

Katie’s Babies
Nurturing a love of sleep through attachment, trust, respect & fun.
Supporting tired parents to make kind, attachment-focused changes to their baby’s sleep, WITHOUT sleep training.
Hi, I’m Katie, a Registered Midwife with over 25 years of clinical experience and a background in home birth. I’m also a certified OCN Level 6 holistic infant sleep coach and mum to four teenagers.
After breastfeeding, co-sleeping, baby-wearing and surviving endless night wakes with my own children, I discovered something important: families don’t have to choose between ignoring their instincts or staying up all night forever. There is a gentle middle ground, and that’s exactly what I offer through Katie’s Babies.
I’m based in Melbourne, Australia, and while I offer in-home support locally, most of my work is conducted online. That means I can support families anywhere in the world. My approach blends evidence, intuition and deep respect, helping you create a rhythm that works for your baby and your life, without ever resorting to cry-it-out or forceful routines.
How I can help
Whether you’re contact-napping with a 4-month-old or wrestling with a strong-willed toddler at bedtime, I’m here to guide you towards your goals while preserving connection every step of the way.
- Helping you understand what’s biologically normal in infant and toddler sleep
- Reassuring you that feeding to sleep, contact naps, co-sleeping and floor beds are not ‘bad habits’, they’re instinctive and valid, but it’s ok to make changes if you want to.
- Offering realistic, respectful strategies that protect emotional safety and strengthen bonds
Families often tell me they appreciate my slow, steady, step-by-step approach, designed to avoid tears wherever possible. I build confidence gently, with connection and encouragement, never through pressure or detachment.
Many of my values are grounded in Montessori principles and Aware Parenting theories.
My goal is always to help you find a path that feels sustainable, respectful and aligned with your parenting values, while making life a little easier along the way. Sleep doesn’t have to be a battle, and you don’t have to figure it out alone.

Gentle Hands Baby Massage
Gentle Hands Baby Massage is a nurturing space created to support families during the early months of parenthood. My name is Charlotte. I am a mother of two, a wife, and an Internationally Certified Infant Massage Instructor living along the Mornington Peninsula. My work is guided by a deep passion for helping parents understand their babies through touch, presence, and connection.
I believe that the bond formed in the early months becomes the foundation for lifelong attachment, emotional wellbeing, and trust. Through my five week baby massage course, I teach gentle, soothing techniques that calm the nervous system, ease common discomforts such as wind, colic, and constipation, support sleep, and reduce stress for both parent and baby. The classes are baby led, giving you space to follow your baby’s cues and move at a pace that feels comfortable. I always demonstrate each stroke on my baby doll, and only parents massage their own baby, creating a safe and respectful learning environment.
Across the course you will learn to massage each part of your baby’s body, leading to a complete full body routine by the final week. Every family receives a complimentary bottle of cold pressed organic baby massage oil to continue the practice at home, helping you build confidence and a meaningful daily routine.
I am committed to supporting mothers, fathers, and caregivers in a way that feels gentle, grounded, and real. After each class, families are invited to stay for homemade cake and refreshments. This time offers a warm space to relax, share experiences, and connect with others who understand the joys and challenges of early parenthood.
Our classes offer more than skills. It is a place of community, calm, and connection, where you and your baby are welcomed and supported.

Sarah Finnegan Photography
Hi, I’m Sarah — a Sydney-based maternity, newborn, and baby photographer with a studio in Norwest. I specialise in capturing natural, love-filled moments for growing families, with a calm and guided experience from start to finish.
I’ve been behind the camera for over 7 years and have poured my heart into creating meaningful experiences for mothers and families during the most fleeting seasons of life — pregnancy, newborn days, and baby milestones.
My photography style is warm, minimal, and timeless — no awkward posing, just real connection and emotion. Whether you’re dreaming of a glowing golden hour maternity session, a relaxed studio newborn shoot, or documenting your baby’s milestones (think 6, 9, or 12 months), I’m here to help you slow down and soak in this season while I turn it into memories you’ll treasure forever.
My studio has been lovingly designed with mums and bubs in mind — soft lighting, luxe yet cozy furnishings, and a curated client wardrobe so you don’t need to stress about what to wear. I also guide you every step of the way so you feel comfortable, supported, and confident in front of the camera.
More than just photos, these sessions are about honouring your journey into motherhood — the love, the chaos, the quiet in-between. It’s about capturing you exactly as you are in this season, and preserving it in a way that feels honest, beautiful, and true to you.
If you’re a new or expecting mum and thinking, “I don’t want to forget this moment,” then I’d love to be the one to help you hold onto it.
Let’s create something meaningful together.

Rad Parents
Hi, I’m Claire! I’m a perinatal counsellor, parenting cheerleader and mother. I’ve worked with hundreds of parents struggling in silence and it’s my mission to make early parenthood way more fun and way less sh*t.
I understand how it feels to doubt yourself, as a parent, and to struggle mentally, feeling like you’ve lost yourself. I’ve been there too.
Through compassionate counselling or birth debriefing, I can help you work through the ups and downs of life as a parent, and find heaps more confidence and self-compassion.
I also run an epic postpartum preparation and support program called Beyond Birth, and offer evidence-based, holistic parenting support once your little one arrives.
I believe parenting is too difficult and too beautiful to do alone. I’d be honoured to be part of your village of support.

The Growth Room
Hi, I am Angelina — a Clinical Perinatal Psychologist, HypnoBirthing Practitioner and Matrescence Educator. With a passion for women’s health and perinatal psychology, I recognise the perinatal period—from preconception through to parenthood—as a time filled with both immense wonder and incredible challenges.
I founded The Growth Room, a space inspired by my own transformative journey into motherhood, including my second pregnancy during the COVID-19 pandemic. My personal experiences of navigating motherhood, particularly in the face of isolation and uncertainty, deepened my understanding of the holistic support women need during this life stage. As a result, The Growth Room focuses on providing education, nurturing, and mental health support for women navigating the profound physical, emotional, and psychological changes of pregnancy and motherhood.
In addition to psychological therapy for women in the perinatal period, in which I adopt a strengths-based, collaborative therapeutic approach, The Growth Room also offers childbirth education through HypnoBirthing courses. These courses help expectant mothers and their partners feel empowered and prepared for birth through relaxation techniques, guided visualisations, and education.
The Growth Room focuses on acknowledging the emotional, mental, and physical changes that occur during pregnancy, birth, and motherhood, creating a nurturing environment where women can access both therapeutic support and practical tools like HypnoBirthing to foster a supported transition to motherhood.
At The Growth Room we are passionate about creating a therapeutic space where women can feel empowered, reflect on their experiences, and grow in confidence as they navigate pregnancy, birth and motherhood.

MATERNITY REVIEW * * * * * “We had such a fantastic maternity shoot with Martine. I always have reservations about getting photos done as my husband and I are always a little awkward in front of the camera but Martine put us at ease and offered some guidance while also giving lots of space for us to be ourselves. I am in love with all of the images!”

Motherscape
My name is Mel! I’m an experienced Occupational Therapist and founder of Motherscape. My aim is to support women, new mothers and parents by helping establish healthy routines, personalised interventions and adaptations tailored to your individual situation. At Motherscape we support women’s health across their lifespan and ensure that you feel informed and connected. We provide you with a secure point of reference and together we jointly develop tools and resources for you to use in the future. By carefully developing an anchor like this, any challenging times you might encounter along the way, are easier to navigate through.
The transition to motherhood or ‘matrescence’ brings with it significant life changes. Yet at this challenging time, culturally we tend to focus our attention on the new baby, rather than the physical and psychological needs of the mother. However many families are struggling alone through what should be one of the most joyful times in their lives. The individual needs of the mother then, as well as those of the family as a whole, are frequently not being addressed.
‘Motherscape’ came about as I wanted to create a meaningful impact on the landscape of each individual and their family. The experience of being a mother, as well as managing other significant life stages such as perimenopause & menopause, can bring with it vast and ever-changing terrain. Each woman navigates their own unique landscape encountering peaks of joy, valleys of exhaustion and many winding roads of change and growth. Just like no person is the same, I don’t feel that every approach should be the same either.
Motherscape is guided by evidence, and the individual needs of each woman, and their family. I have carried out research into women’s health and this has helped guide best practice. These are consistently being reviewed, and we strive to build strong networks to ensure that you receive the best support possible! Consistent, reliable, sensitive and thoughtful.
It would be an honour to support you throughout your unique journey; every step of the way!

Danielle Brooker, Joy Activation Coach
Danielle Brooker is a Mama, Joy Activation Coach, writer, avid self-help reader, lover of travel, adventure and exceptional coffee. Through her private coaching programs, digital courses, Mama Joy Summit, writing and podcast, Danielle teaches ambitious, busy and always-on Mamas ‘in the thick of it’ to move from the mess to the magic of this season of life.
Her signature program BEYOND focuses on the ‘forgotten season’ of motherhood, teaching Mamas to put core foundations in place to support their thriving well beyond the traditional ‘postpartum’ period. Danielle works intuitively, blending a foundation in human behaviour, neuroplasticity-based coaching and strategy, with somatic principles, emotional context work and soul practices. She shares, “I moved across the world to a new city, 6 months pregnant, in the middle of a global pandemic. All to take action towards my dreams. It was tough. And it was rewarding. I birthed my baby at home, with my partner holding me, literally.
Entering motherhood was everything and nothing like I imagined. It’s pushed me beyond any emotional capacity I’ve ever been asked to experience. I’ve been on my knees sobbing on the bathroom floor not believing I could get up again. And I’ve been bursting with so much joy I thought my cheeks would explode.
Motherhood is one of the most courageous acts. I’m here to take your hand and show you back to your place of safety and strength, so you can fully expand into this season of life. So you can live your most joyful life and feel your most vibrant self.”
She’s the author of Freedom from Busy and has written for and been featured in publications such as Forbes.com and Breathe and is on a mission for Mamas to reclaim this powerful season of life and live in their fullness. Danielle currently lives in Sydney with her daughter and partner, dreaming up the next adventure for their family.

The Pillars Naturopathy
Hi, I’m Dominique McGuire – degree-qualified naturopath and founder of The Pillars Naturopathy, based in Manly Beach and also available Australia-wide via Telehealth. I work closely with women and families to support everything from digestive health and hormone balance to fatigue, skin issues, and mood.
As both a practitioner and a human, I know that true healing isn’t one-size-fits-all. I take a compassionate, evidence-based approach to naturopathy, blending functional testing with clinical nutrition, herbal medicine, and realistic lifestyle advice to help you feel like you again – not just as a mum, but as a whole person.
Many of the women I work with come to me feeling burnt out, bloated, and like their bodies just aren’t working the way they used to. Some are navigating postpartum hormone shifts, breastfeeding challenges, or period issues after coming off contraception. Others are struggling with gut issues, low energy, or anxiety that seems to have worsened since becoming a parent. Wherever you’re at, we work together to get to the root cause and create a plan that fits in with your life – even if that life currently includes toddlers, night feeds, or limited time for yourself.
I offer comprehensive one-on-one support as well as structured programs like my Gut Feeling program, which includes microbiome testing, personalised protocols, and weekly check-ins. I’m also experienced in helping women prepare for pregnancy, optimise postpartum recovery, and support their children’s gut and immune health using gentle, targeted naturopathic care.
Above all, this is a safe, non-judgemental space to be honest about how you’re feeling. Whether you’re an expecting mum, navigating early motherhood, or trying to get your health back after years of putting yourself last – you’re in the right place.
Let’s work together to help you feel energised, empowered, and supported again.

Born Ready
Born Ready is a birth education course developed by Pelvic Health Physiotherapists.
As physiotherapists we know the importance of both physical and mental preparation. Like all physical endurance sports preparation is KEY. We know how to educate well and help you get the best out of your body for the most important physical event of your life.
Born Ready is evidenced based to empower you with the thorough knowledge you need to decide on the birth that is best for you. The more options you are aware of, the more likely you are to choose the right one for you.
We appreciate no matter what you “choose” sometimes birth does not go to plan. In this case, because you are armed with a deep understanding of labour and birth we have found women are more able to rationalise, accept, and be ok with the deviations from their plan.
Respecting choice is important to us. We appreciate that the right choice is different for each and every person. From home birth and birth centres to elective caesarean section we have the tools you need.
Our course is an online course with the option of a free face-to-face practical at over 25 locations across the country.

Newborn Home Care offers a range of support services that are grounded in the latest research in infant management, known as Neuro- Protective Developmental Care (NDC), or the Possums approach. This approach is gentle and simple, yet revolutionary, cutting through old and conflicting advice about how to care for babies, to instead work holistically with your baby’s natural biology.
At Newborn Home Care we understand that there are times when adjusting to life with a new baby can be a bit of a struggle, particularly if there were difficulties encountered with baby’s birth, his health, or with breastfeeding. We also know that sometimes mothers themselves have complications that interrupt the straightforward path that was anticipated, leaving them feeling less than strong after the birth. In circumstances like this – and sometimes for no reason at all – the early weeks and first few months, can bring some unexpected challenges that may cause you to reach out for help with looking after your baby. Don’t feel you can’t pick up the phone and talk to Julie about your circumstances. Our initial conversation is free.

The Healthy Peach Physio
The Healthy Peach Physio is a Brisbane-based pelvic health physiotherapy clinic, home to a team of eight specialised physiotherapists. Founded by Marnie Poiner—Physiotherapist and Psychosexual Therapist—the clinic takes a holistic, individualised approach focussing on education, empowerment, and personalised care.
We support women through every life stage—from menarche, through pregnancy and postpartum, and well beyond; Treating a wide range of pelvic health concerns including bladder/bowel dysfunction, pelvic organ prolapse, pelvic pain, and sexual function concerns.
During pregnancy, we work closely with you to help prepare your body for birth. If you’re planning a vaginal birth, assessing pelvic floor function, muscle range of motion, and the effectiveness of your pushing technique—tailored to suit whichever birth position you prefer. Sessions will educate you on each stage of labour, equipping you with practical strategies to navigate the physical and emotional ups and downs. Our goal is to empower you with the knowledge and confidence to make informed decisions about your birthing journey.
If you’re planning a belly-birth or still deciding, we’ll also walk you through what to expect, how to prepare, and what recovery may look like post-abdominal surgery. No matter how your baby enters the world, we’ll help you understand what’s normal during recovery and when to seek support—so you can feel informed, safe, and cared for.
We also help manage the many physical changes that can arise during pregnancy, including bladder or bowel issues, constipation, vaginal heaviness, varicosities, and pelvic girdle or lower back pain.
Postpartum, we encourage you to visit us for both abdominal and pelvic floor assessments. Abdominal checks can take place as soon as you’re comfortable leaving the house, while pelvic floor assessments are typically recommended around six weeks postpartum. However, if you’re experiencing concerns earlier, it’s important to seek support sooner.
We also offer treatment for lactating breast conditions, including the management of blocked ducts, engorgement, and mastitis. These conditions can be painful and distressing and may impact your feeding journey. Our physiotherapists provide hands-on care and guidance to relieve symptoms, support healing, and help you continue breastfeeding comfortably and confidently.
As you consider returning to physical activity, we’ll guide you through a safe and progressive plan tailored to your body’s healing process and your personal goals.
At The Healthy Peach Physio, we’re committed to helping you feel confident, informed, and in control of your pelvic health—whatever chapter of life you’re in.

Medi Ready Kids
When a child needs a medical procedure, parents aren’t given a roadmap. Instead, you may feel lost, unsure what to say, how to prepare your child, or how to help them cope.
You’re told where to go and what will happen, but not how to actually support your child through it. Meanwhile, kids are expected to handle blood tests, surgeries, and scans, just like adults, but without the tools or understanding.
At Medi Ready Kids, we change that. Our resources help you feel confident in what to say and do, so your child feels calm, supported, and safe. It’s not just about getting through an appointment- it’s about giving your child the building blocks for positive medical experiences, now and for the future.

Being a parent is one of the most rewarding, yet challenging, journeys you’ll ever take, and I’m here to support you whenever you need it.
I offer Telehealth video consultations tailored specifically for babies, supporting parents and families Australia-wide, 7 days a week, all from the comfort and safety of your home.

My services include a video consultation, one week of email support following your consult, and a follow-up call to check in on your baby’s progress. Bea Organizer
Hi, I’m Bianca “Bea” Zanini, the founder of Bea Organizer, and before anything else, I’m a mum of three. I know exactly what it feels like to try to keep a home running while growing or caring for a baby, the exhaustion, the constant mental load, the pressure to “do it all”, and the desire to create a calm space for your family even when everything feels overwhelming. And truly, no mother should have to carry all of this alone.
I created Bea Organizer to support mothers in the seasons where home, routine, and emotions all blend together. My work is gentle, practical, and deeply intentional. I don’t just organise spaces, I help bring breathing room back into a mother’s days.
I specialise in services that make motherhood lighter and more manageable:
Tiny Treasures, Baby Organizing Nursery setups, newborn essentials, changing stations, clothing systems, feeding areas and toy organisation, everything a mum needs prepared and ready, so she can focus on bonding with her baby instead of trying to keep up with the house.
ClearSpace, Decluttering (guilt-free) I help mums let go of excess with kindness, calm, and absolutely no judgement. A lighter space means a lighter mind, and that changes everything.
The Refined Home, Home Organization from kitchens to playrooms, pantries, wardrobes, bathrooms and laundry spaces, I create intuitive systems that actually work for everyday family life, beautiful, functional and mum-friendly.
New Beginnings Setup, Unpacking & House Setup For pregnant mums or families moving homes, I set up the entire house in just a few days. You rest, I organise, and your home becomes a place that supports you from day one.
Every mother I work with tells me the same thing, that they feel calmer, lighter, more confident, and finally able to breathe again. That’s why I do this, because an organised home isn’t about perfection, it’s about supporting the woman who holds the whole family together.
Motherhood was never designed to be a solo journey. You deserve a home that supports you, and I would be honoured to help create that for you.

Motherland
Motherland is a national charity that connects rural mothers across Australia. It takes a village to raise a child, but living rurally means many are isolated during their motherhood journey.
Motherland Village is Australia’s first online mother’s group program for rural mums with children aged 0-18 years. Join a small, private group of up to 10 rural women in a 6-week online program, led by a trained facilitator. Alongside your group, you’ll also gain access to expert-led content on matrescence, the mental load, self-love, parenting, and building more empathetic relationships. It takes a village. Find yours.
Scholarships are available for rural mums to access the program at no cost.
Through the Motherland podcast, Motherland Village, Scholarship Fund, Motherland Connect platform, online support network, fundraising events, and advocacy, we have become the voice and village that rural mums desperately needed but didn’t have, until Motherland.

Kirsten Hannan Osteopath & IBCLC Sydney
Hi, I’m Kirsten! I’m an Australian-trained and registered osteopath with over 20 years of clinical experience, offering holistic osteopathic care for the whole family. I have a special interest in pregnancy and postpartum care, and I love working with babies and children of all ages.
In addition to my osteopathic training, I am also a registered International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). This unique combination allows me to integrate gentle, effective bodywork with evidence-based lactation support—helping mothers overcome challenges and achieve their individual breastfeeding goals, whatever they may be.
I began my career as a senior associate osteopath in a busy private clinic in Australia, where I worked for three years before relocating to Singapore in 2008. There, I joined Osteopathic Health Care and practiced for 12 years, building a strong reputation for family-based care. In 2020, I returned to Sydney and now practise at Body of Life Health Centre, a multidisciplinary health clinic, in Frenchs Forest.
My mission is to provide gentle, informed care for you and your little ones – at every stage. With over 20 years of clinical experience—and a deep understanding of the challenges that come with parenting—I’m committed to helping you understand the root causes of pain or discomfort, whether it’s your own or your child’s.
By explaining what’s happening, why it’s happening now, and how we can work together toward recovery, I aim to give you not just relief, but long-term confidence in your body’s ability to heal. Through skilled osteopathic treatment and personalised care, I’m here to help you feel informed, supported, and well.

Sage Nest
I’m Joanna, a mother of two and the founder of Sage Nest—a boutique wellness practice based in Newcastle, NSW. My work focuses on supporting women through the transformative stages of pregnancy, birth preparation, and postpartum recovery with care that is both holistic and deeply nurturing.
I’ve been in clinical practice since 2004 and bring together a unique blend of therapies to support the health and wellbeing of mothers and their families. My approach is integrative and evidence-informed, combining Acupuncture, Chinese Medicine, Naturopathy, Massage Therapy, Nutrition, Herbal Medicine, and the Body Ready Method® to offer well-rounded care tailored to each individual.
At the Sage Nest, I provide support that spans the entire motherhood journey—from managing early pregnancy symptoms and preparing for an empowered birth, to gentle, restorative care in the fourth trimester and beyond. Each session is personalised to address not just the physical, but also the emotional and energetic shifts that come with matrescence.
Birth preparation is a particular focus of my work. I help women feel physically aligned, emotionally grounded, and mentally ready for labour and birth. My sessions may include acupuncture, bodywork, breath techniques, acupressure, body alignment and partner-inclusive education to build confidence and reduce fear. Whether you’re planning your first birth or looking for support after a previous experience, I create a space where you feel informed, prepared, and supported.
For new mothers needing extra support, I also offer postpartum home visits across the Newcastle region. These sessions bring hands-on care, comfort, and therapeutic treatments to your doorstep during a time when leaving the house can feel overwhelming. It’s a beautiful way to receive nurturing support in your own familiar space while you rest and recover.
I love helping women feel more confident in themselves and their mothering. It’s a privilege to witness mothers reach their goals, feel more at ease, and reconnect with themselves during this powerful life transition. It’s an honour to support that process.

The Sick Sense
Ilana Lawrence – Founder, The Sick Sense
Ilana Lawrence is a Paediatric Nurse Consultant and mum of two with over 14 years’ experience caring for children in some of NSW’s busiest hospitals and emergency departments. Having been both a clinician and a parent in the waiting room, she truly understands what it’s like on each side of the emergency triage desk.
She founded The Sick Sense to close the gap in community health literacy — giving parents, carers, and educators the skills and confidence to recognise when a child is unwell, act quickly, and know when to seek urgent help.
Unlike generic first aid courses, The Sick Sense is paediatric-specific and goes beyond the basics. Workshops blend expert medical knowledge with real-world scenarios, covering sickness recognition, red flag signs, and practical responses to emergencies like choking, burns, and poisoning. Participants leave feeling prepared, empowered, and supported — not overwhelmed.
Delivering sessions across Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, the Hunter, and the Central Coast — and now through an online, bite-sized version — Ilana’s mission is simple: to create informed, confident advocates for children’s health, so more families can make the right call at the right time — and potentially save a life.

Ana understands that becoming a parent is about so much more than having a baby. It’s a profound identity shift – matrescence – as complex and transformative as adolescence, only with far less societal guidance (and much less sleep). She supports clients navigating:
Pregnancy and Birth
- Managing antenatal and postnatal anxiety or depression

- Making sense of your birth experience
Postnatal Identity & Adjustment
- Finding your footing in the early stages of parenthood (matrescence)
- Reconnecting with who you are outside of motherhood
- Adjusting to new roles, expectations, and daily rhythms
- Struggling with body image or pressure to ‘bounce back’
- Realigning with your core values in this new season of life
Parenting & Connection
- Strengthening your bond and emotional connection with your baby
- Tuning in to your child’s needs while learning to trust your instincts
- Exploring feelings of frustration, anger, or “mum rage”
Relationships, Roles & Boundaries
- Navigating shifts in your relationship or co-parenting dynamic
- Setting boundaries to protect your wellbeing and your child’s
- Preparing for or settling back into paid work after leave
Ana knows what it’s like to be in the thick of it – she’s navigated many of the same struggles that you might be experiencing right now. Her style is warm, thoughtful, and collaborative. She works from the belief that you are the expert in your own life, and that therapy is a space for curiosity, reflection, and renewal. Her approach integrates attachment theory, trauma-informed care, and evidence-based therapeutic frameworks – all held within a safe and supportive relationship.
Whether you’re preparing for pregnancy, navigating the early postpartum haze, or simply wondering where you went in all of this – Ana offers a space to gently land, reflect, and begin to feel more like yourself again.

Mums arrive fasted and have their blood tests taken by one of our experienced staff members. They are then treated to an hour of rest in our divine relaxation room and an hour day spa treatment. This service is seeing an increased uptake in screening and also promoting antenatal and postnatal wellbeing by linking women in with exceptional quality pregnancy and post-natal services. As such, we are focusing on prevention rather than cure.”

The Latch Lady
Hi, I’m Georgie, a mum, midwife, lactation consultant (IBCLC), child and family health nurse, and the heart behind The Latch Lady. I know firsthand how joyful, overwhelming, beautiful and messy early parenthood can be, because I’ve lived it too. My approach is inclusive, judgment-free and grounded in real-life experience. Whether you’re preparing to breastfeed, feeling unsure in those early weeks, or needing support with things like mastitis, pumping, mixed feeding or weaning, I’m here to walk alongside you.
I work with families in Sydney and offer personalised care that’s led by you, your values, your goals, your baby. You won’t get a one-size-fits-all answer from me, and I’ll never tell you there’s only one “right” way. What you will get is warmth, clinical expertise, and someone cheering you on.
You can learn more or book a visit via my website or Instagram @thelatchlady_. I’m so honoured to be part of the Not Another Onesie village, and I can’t wait to support you in yours.

Whole Alchemy
I am Katie Gregory a qualified naturopath and nutritionist, proud member of the Australian Natural Therapists Association, founder of Whole Alchemy based in Avalon on Sydney’s Northern Beaches and mum to two sweet children.
Before I discovered natural therapies I had little understanding of how to treat my body properly. Living a life that involved excess in many areas left me both physically and emotionally depleted. After finding naturopathy I quickly discovered how amazing the world of natural medicine is and how much we can do for ourselves in order to prevent illness as well as recover from it.
I have a special interest in working with women in the fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and lactation space along with children’s wellbeing. I regularly work in areas supporting depression, anxiety, thyroid health, menopause, hormone balancing, PMS/PMDD, skin issues, ADHD, gut health, immunity, and liver health.
As a naturopath I work with you/your child (and anyone else who is managing your/their healthcare) to help alleviate the health issues you/your child is facing and find reasons as to why some areas of your health are under functioning. Functional testing can be done through specialized labs which can include blood tests, urine samples, saliva tests or gene testing. However, these functional tests are not always necessary for treatment and I will only recommend them if I feel they will make a difference in my treatment plan or if my client is interested in this information. Functional testing is an excellent tool in health management however it doesn’t answer all the questions, but can provide another piece to the puzzle.
Treatments are designed for each specific client as there is no one size fits all treatment plan. These plans can include dietary modifications, lifestyle adjustments, herbal formulas and nutritional supplementation. If a client is only interested in diet advice then that is all I will provide, however if they are interested in herbs and nutritional supplements then I can supply these goods. I am passionate about meeting each client on their health journey and making sure they are completely comfortable with their treatment and health goals.
I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and using my skills to improve the health of those around me as well as giving my clients the tools and confidence to achieve their goals. In a world which can often be fast paced and stressful, I hope to be a practitioner who can give my clients the time and attention they deserve while providing them with clarity and guidance towards their health.

Mum, Babe & Meg

Mum, Babe & Meg also offer pregnancy bodywork, feeding & lactation consultations & birth debriefing. Mum, Babe & Meg believe that women should have access to quality, diverse healthcare options, irrespective of geographical location, and that care should be tailored to consider the needs of rural women and their families.

My gentle, compassionate approach focuses on helping your nervous system change gears into your parasympathetic, rest & digest state – this is where your body can truly regulate and regenerate itself. This state is crucial for healing, development, creativity, and even experiencing deeper connections with yourself and your loved ones.
Whether you’re an expecting mother, a new parent, or simply someone seeking a more balanced, resilient approach to health, I’m here to support you. My goal is to help you rediscover life through a healthier body and a more clear, connected state of being. Emergcare
Emergcare: Empowering Families with Life-Saving Knowledge
At Emergcare, we understand that the birth of a baby marks the beginning of a parent’s journey. Our approach to first aid education goes beyond just teaching life-saving skills — it’s about supporting families during their transition to parenthood and helping them build their village of support. Our mission is to provide every family with essential first aid education, ensuring they have the knowledge and confidence to act in emergencies. We envision a community where all parents have the skills to respond to emergencies and the resources to support their mental health and wellbeing.
Our Mission
As health professionals and paramedics, we believe CPR and first aid are lifesaving skills that should be accessible to all. We collaborate to educate families and communities on preventing, identifying, and responding effectively to a wide range of illnesses, injuries, and emergencies. Our goal is to create safer communities by empowering individuals with the confidence to respond in critical moments, especially while waiting for medical help. Immediate care in those first minutes can save lives.
Our Services
We offer a range of evidence-based, high-quality first aid courses, including our Perinatal First Aid Course, designed specifically for new and expecting parents. Alongside essential training in childhood injury prevention, paediatric first aid, and child and newborn CPR, this course also offers tools to support your emotional wellbeing.
Through education and evidence-based resources, you’ll gain practical tools to build support networks and care for your mental and emotional health during pregnancy and early parenthood. This holistic approach ensures that parents are equipped to care for their child while also nurturing their own wellbeing.
Our training is based on the latest guidelines from the Australian Resuscitation Council and Australian Children’s Hospital, ensuring practical and up-to-date education.

Untangled Living
About Untangled Living
I’m Ebony, the founder of Untangled Living and a mother supporting mothers. I combine my professional skills with my own lived experience to offer care that’s both practical and deeply understanding. My approach is grounded in genuine empathy, a shared sense of “I get it,” and creating a safe, welcoming space where women feel truly seen, heard, and cared for.
I offer trauma-informed care and hands-on support for women at every stage of the motherhood journey from conception through pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and beyond. I understand that every family’s story is unique, and that recovery and growth don’t follow a neat timeline.
I am a qualified birth and postpartum doula and myotherapist, with specialised training in pre- and postnatal massage, scar therapy, and lymphatic drainage. I have also completed training in the Body Ready Method®, a functional movement approach designed to prepare the body for birth and support a smoother, more complete recovery postpartum. I hold a Diploma of Nutrition specialising in women’s health through all stages of motherhood, preparing for pregnancy, staying well during pregnancy, recovering after birth, and restoring balance from the depletion often experienced in motherhood. I am currently completing a Bachelor of Nursing, specialising in women’s health.
My services are designed to meet you exactly where you are:
- Pregnancy support – massage, education, and personalised resources to ease discomfort, reduce anxiety, and prepare your body and mind for birth.
- Birth preparation – tailored sessions that help you feel informed, confident, and empowered for whatever path your birth may take, including cesarean preparation.
- Postpartum care – hands-on healing for body and mind, scar therapy, lymphatic support, and recovery plans that honour your emotional and physical wellbeing.
- Support beyond the first year – guidance for mothers navigating toddlerhood, returning to work, hormonal changes, body image, burnout, and the ongoing balancing act of motherhood.
Motherhood can be overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. Whether I’m easing physical tension, creating a recovery plan, or simply holding space for your story, my goal is to walk alongside you, helping you untangle the challenges, celebrate milestones, and feel anchored in your own strength.
Together, we can create space for your recovery, your growth, and the version of motherhood you want to live.

Mums in Bloom
Hi, I’m Mandy — a registered perinatal psychologist, mum of three (including a new baby born in 2025), and the founder of Mums in Bloom.
I support pregnant and new mothers who are finding this season more emotional, confusing, or isolating than they expected. If you’ve ever thought, “I love my baby, but I feel like I’m falling apart,” you are exactly who I support — and you are not alone.
With over a decade of experience in psychology, my work focuses on the real inner world of motherhood — the mental load, identity shifts, emotional ups and downs, and pressure to do it all “right.” I bring both my professional background and personal lived experience to create a space where you feel seen, validated, and supported.
At Mums in Bloom, I offer gentle resources for both pregnancy and postpartum, including:
🌸 Free guides for third trimester prep and those “not-what-I-expected” early weeks
🌸 Low-cost seminars on body image and postnatal mental health
🌸 A beautifully supportive 8-week online program for first-time mums in the first 6–8 months postpartum
🌸 A mini guide for partners to help them show up, step in, and stay connected during this major life transition
Whether you’re feeling anxious, flat, overwhelmed, or just unsure who you are anymore, I’m here to walk alongside you. My support is gentle, practical, and free of judgment — like chatting with a mum-friend who gets it, but with the expertise to back it up.
I believe motherhood was never meant to be done alone. Let’s make sure you don’t have to.
I am a Member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS) and fully registered with AHPRA.

Belinda Dorman Photo and Film
With over twelve years of experience, Belinda Dorman has become one of Brisbane’s most trusted and heartfelt visual storytellers for families navigating the extraordinary seasons of pregnancy, birth and early parenthood. Through her business, Belinda Dorman Photo and Film, she offers an artistic yet grounded approach to documenting life’s most transformative chapters — maternity, newborn, and family life — in a way that feels deeply honest and profoundly human.
Belinda’s work is defined by her ability to hold space for families in their most vulnerable, tender, and beautiful moments. Her calm presence and intuitive understanding of this time in your life allow her subjects to simply be — creating room for connection, quiet strength, and genuine love to unfold naturally before her lens. The result is photographs and films that are more than just keepsakes; they are timeless expressions of a family’s values and love.
Belinda combines her artistic eye with a lifestyle approach that favours authenticity over perfection. Every photograph and film she crafts reflects her commitment to meaningful storytelling — the subtle gestures, the soft light of a newborn’s first days, the quiet awe between parents rediscovering themselves in new roles. Her clients describe their experience as grounding and affirming, often leaving with a sense of being seen and celebrated for who they truly are. Belinda believes these moments — fleeting yet monumental — deserve to be honoured with artistry and intention.
Through Belinda Dorman Photo and Film, she creates legacy-worthy imagery that transcends generations: visual heirlooms that will one day remind grown children of how fiercely they were loved and how their family once began. Based in Samford and serving Brisbane and surrounding areas, Belinda continues to offer families the priceless gift of preserving their story — honestly, beautifully, and with heart.

With a focus on continuity of care, we create a safe environment where mothers feel held, heard, and supported to restore balance in their physical health, emotional wellbeing, and energy.

Naturopathy & Nutrition — addressing root causes, building energy, and supporting the body’s natural healing processes.
Breathwork & Meditation — simple, powerful tools to calm the nervous system, reset, and build resilience for the demands of parenthood.

At Beattie Street Health Studio, we believe that mothers deserve more. They deserve compassionate, practical, and holistic care.

Node Mothers
Node Mothers and the Node Motherhood Centre were created with one big goal in mind to support mums, not just motherhood.
Founded by Melissa Decarli a mum, photographer, and someone who’s walked the highs and lows of matrescence, Node began as a simple idea: what if mothers’ groups were less about milestone checklists and more about real connection, honest chats, and feeling seen.
Since then, it’s grown into a beautiful community of women who meet weekly across Ballarat (and online), not just to talk about their babies, but to talk about themselves. Whether it’s a new mum with a six-week-old or a second-time mum with a busy toddler in tow, our groups and sessions focus on the woman behind the role.
The Node Motherhood Centre is a warm, welcoming space built for mums to take a breath and be held. We run 10-week mothers’ groups, toddler groups, workshops, and events, always with a focus on connection, community, and gentle encouragement to be exactly who you are that day.
Melissa brings a real, lived-in understanding of what it means to hold so much at once; motherhood, identity, relationships, business, and the in-between. Through her photography business Her Golden Point, she’s had the privilege of capturing thousands of motherhood moments and those honest, tender connections are at the heart of everything she creates with Node.
We’re not here to tell mums what to do. We’re here to walk alongside them. We talk about the messy middle of motherhood, the beautiful chaos, the doubts, the growth and we do it with humour, heart, and a whole lot of love.
If you’re a brand wanting to connect with mothers in a way that truly resonates, Node offers direct access to a trusted, engaged, and emotionally connected audience. We speak with and support our mums every week, and everything we do is built on trust, relatability, and genuine care.
At Node, we don’t just support mums – we see them. And that’s where real impact begins.

Born on a Wednesday
Leah is a family documentary photographer based in Flemington, Melbourne. As a mother of two, she knows how quickly the days blur—and how important it is for mothers to be seen in the story they’re living.
With a gentle, unposed approach, Leah captures the quiet magic of pregnancy, birth, newborns and family life—preserving everyday moments in a way that feels both honest and beautiful, meaningful and relaxed, all from the comfort of your own home.
These photographs are not just for the mothers, but for their children – to one day see how deeply they were held and how fiercely they were loved.

Birth & Beyond Education
Birth & Beyond Education provides comprehensive birth, parenting, and feeding education, along with postnatal support, birth debriefs and home visits. Founded by highly experienced midwives, Lucy & Kristin, their mission is to empower expectant parents with honest, realistic, and evidence-based education. As practising hospital midwives, they understand firsthand the unpredictability of birth and the journey to parenthood, so they have designed their workshops to equip parents with the confidence, knowledge, and skills needed to make informed decisions and navigate birth, feeding, and early parenthood with clarity and assurance.
Classes are taught in small, intimate groups, creating a comfortable space for learning and discussion. Virtual education is available for those unable to attend in person to ensure all parents have access to quality support.
In-person workshops are held in Manly, offering a welcoming environment where parents can gain the knowledge and skills needed for a positive birth and parenting experience.

Midwife Lauretta
Hi, I’m Lauretta — Midwife, Birth educator, Acuneedling Midwife, Bodyworker and Mum, based in Ballarat and working online. I created this space because too many women walk into birth feeling unsure, unheard, or like they just have to “go with the flow.” You deserve clear information, practical tools, and genuine support — without judgement — so you can feel confident taking charge of your birth.
What I do:
I teach Your Birth Class — available in person or online — where you’ll learn birth skills (breathwork, movement, touch tools like massage, counter pressure and acupressure, optimal positioning, and advocacy) alongside the knowledge to understand what’s happening in your body. It’s more than just learning about the stages of labour — it’s about knowing how to work with it all, however your birth unfolds.
I also offer Acuneedling & Bodywork — gentle treatments that can support pregnancy symptoms and discomforts at any stage, as well as help with birth preparation, optimal positioning, and recovery postpartum. Internal Pelvic Release — a gentle, hands-on therapy that works with the soft tissues of the pelvis. This can help release stored tension, support birth preparation, ease pelvic pain, and provide connection to your pelvic space (+ a whole heap of education).
If you love real, evidence-based conversations, tune into my podcast The Midwife Memos — warm, honest chats and stories about pregnancy, birth and postpartum that help you feel informed (and less alone). Who I’m for: first-time mums who want to feel prepared and in charge, second-time mums ready for a different experience after a tough first birth, and partners who want to feel useful and confident — not helpless on the sidelines.
My approach is simple: practical skills + mindset support + informed choice. I’ll support you to feel clear and confident about your options, so you can birth in the way that feels right for you. You don’t need to “go with the flow” — you get to birth your way.
If that’s what you’re looking for, I’d love to help.

New Season Doula Care
Hi, I’m Sam – Birth & postpartum doula and childbirth educator providing in-person support to new and expecting families.
It was my own experiences with pregnancy, birth and postpartum that stirred in me a deep passion for supporting families on all stages through this journey. As a birth doula, I walk with you as you get ready for the birth of your baby, helping you to feel supported and empowered to make informed decisions and prepare for a calm and peaceful birth, including full support during labour at home or in hospital
As a postpartum doula, I hold deep respect for new mothers and the sacred journey that is Matrescence. I provide nurturing care to replenish and nourish the new mother as she recovers from childbirth and transitions into life with her new baby. My postpartum services include freshly cooked meals, breastfeeding support and newborn care. I help new mums, dads and families as they prepare for and adjust to life with a newborn by providing informational, physical and emotional care – taking the load off, so that the beautiful chaos of postpartum can be a smooth and fulfilling experience.
I understand that each family is unique and has different needs, so my services are designed to be flexible and to support families wherever they’re at, in the best way that will enrich their postpartum journey.

I am a psychologist working in the area of maternal mental health and am passionate about helping mothers navigate the ups and downs of motherhood. How To Save A Life
We are both paramedics and mothers who are passionate about providing you with the knowledge and skills to keep your babies and children safe.
Unfortunately, as paramedics we have attended too many jobs whereby the baby or child’s health was jeopardised due to family members or bystanders having little-to-no knowledge of how to help in a medical emergency, or provide first aid.
Emergency situations can happen anywhere and anytime. The moments between calling an ambulance, and the ambulance arriving DO matter and you CAN make a difference.
We come to your home to train you and your family/friends (minimum 6-10 people required depending on your location).
We service Sydney and the Gold Coast.

Nourishy
Hi, I’m Cass — a mum of three and the founder of Nourishy. Like many mums, I know firsthand the challenges of expressing breast milk, navigating returning to work, travelling with a frozen stash, or simply wanting to make sure every drop of our “liquid gold” is used. That’s why I created Nourishy: to give families a safe, science-backed way to preserve their breast milk for the long term.
Nourishy is Australia’s first freeze-drying service for personal breast milk. We gently freeze-dry your milk at our medical-grade facility, turning it into a shelf-stable powder that lasts up to 3 years — no fridge or freezer needed. It’s convenient, travel-friendly, and perfect for shared feeding, daycare, and those “just in case” moments.
We’ve completed over 3,000 shipments across Australia, all arriving safely at our Brisbane facility— a testament to the robust process and care we take with every order. Each mum’s milk is handled individually and with the highest level of safety and attention — because we know how precious it is.
Whether you’re heading back to work, your freezer’s overflowing, or you’re building an emergency stash, we’re here to help you keep giving your baby your breast milk.
We’ve also partnered with the incredible team at Mother’s Milk Bank Charity to help freeze dry donor milk across Australia.
We are the offical partner to Milkify in the US. At Nourishy, it’s not just about preserving breast milk — it’s about supporting you on your feeding journey and creating peace of mind, one pouch at a time.

Ma Wisdom
At Ma Wisdom, we believe intergenerational knowledge is powerful. There’s something deeply meaningful about the kind of wisdom passed down through families, the kind that comes from lived experience and a desire to help.
But while that kind of wisdom is timeless, the world of birth and parenting has changed and many new parents struggle with outdated advice, boundaries being crossed and risk offending grandparents by wanting to do things differently than in their day.
At Ma Wisdom, our tailored workshops are thoughtfully designed with a light-hearted approach to help embrace the exciting transition into grandparenting and to equip grandparents and chosen supporters with essential tools and insights.
By nurturing the innate and accumulated wisdom grandparents already hold, we’ll bring them up to date on what’s changed since they had babies, including newborn safety and the best ways to support new families in the early weeks postpartum. We’ll explore the importance of boundaries – how to set them before the baby arrives and how to navigate them with care and include opportunities to rebuild confidence through a practical skills refresher. We’ll also look at their own transition into grandescence and how this new stage of life can shape their experiences and perspectives.
Led by qualified trainers with over 25 years of combined experience supporting families, we hold TAE accreditation and are qualified, accredited birth and postpartum doulas, as well as certified childbirth and early parenting educators. We are also mothers, grandmothers, aunties, sisters and women with a deep desire to support intergenerational bonds.
Our workshops help grandparents gain valuable knowledge to navigate the vital role they play in a newly emerging family. The right support after having a baby makes all the difference, we’ll help them be just the kind of support you’re looking for.
Open to new and soon-to-be grandparents, great aunts/uncles and anyone else chosen to be a grandparent figure.
1-day in person workshops held at Birth Time: the Village, Annandale, Sydney
Online workshops available October 2025
Kin Support Line can be booked for additional support and resources
We also have cotton muslins, burping cloths, cumfies, baby washcloths, teethers and silicone clips available for sale along with an assortment of other cute products.

Nesting Space
Nesting Space is a dedicated private mental health occupational therapy practice specialising in perinatal services. We are committed to nurturing and supporting the mental well-being of birthing parents and enriching the lives of their families throughout pregnancy, childbirth, and the early stages of parenthood.
Hi I’m Juliette, I’m a mum and with nearly a decade of experience as a Mental Health Occupational Therapist, I am deeply passionate about my work. I have firsthand experience with the challenges of navigating mental health struggles during pregnancy and the postnatal period. Having personally faced the isolation of postnatal anxiety, rage, and depression following a traumatic birth, I understand the profound impact that seeking help early can have. This realisation inspired me to establish Nesting Space, as I recognized the vital role an Occupational Therapist can play in supporting women and their families during the antenatal and postnatal periods.
Becoming a mother was a transformative experience for me—physically, psychologically, emotionally, socially, and spiritually. The discovery of matrescence, the transition into motherhood, solidified my calling to this field. I deeply understand the ambivalence that can accompany motherhood and the neurocognitive changes that occur after pregnancy and birth.

Life Ready Studio
Life Ready Studio is an intimate, personal and supportive reformer pilates studio based in Caulfield North, Melbourne.
With only 7 reformers, the client experience feels like a personal session with constant instructor awareness, allowing for necessary adjustments throughout the class. Life Ready Studio was established by Teri, who wanted to create a space where clients could move in a group class but still be seen and adjusted where needed.
Teri thrives on helping and encouraging people to move confidently. She believes that creating a space that challenges clients whilst they move through all stages of life ( Pilates beginner, post injury, antenatal and postnatal as well as advanced Pilates enthusiasts) while feeling fully supported mentally and physically is the key to ultimate wellbeing.
Teri’s main passion is helping mothers and mothers-to-be feel strong and confident in their bodies before and after pregnancy. Having two boys (and a third baby on the way), Teri understands the importance of movement pre- and post-natally to aid the body during pregnancy, for birth, and, most importantly, for recovery. The studio provides support for mums-to-be throughout every trimester, adjusting movement to accommodate the changes in the body. The studio also provides mums and bubs classes so clients can move while having their baby next to them in the pram, on the mat or in the carrier. Each class helps clients regain their strength and confidence, while still allowing them to spend time with their baby and other like-minded mums.
